Like a Rolling Stone

In a remote room , out of everyone's sight, two teenagers were listening to the roaring and marvelous Rolling Stones. The volume of the magical turntable was so high they could barely hear their own thoughts. Of course, that was only a problem for one of them.

"Sirius, for the love of God, could you turn the volume down?" Sirius Black, a handsome young man, looked at his partner and smiled.

"Darling, the Rolling Stones can't be silence. Didn't you know?" Remus Lupin, prefect and perfectionist, rolled his eyes.

"You're a fool. Now, please, please, turn the volume down. I'm trying to read"

Sirius Black was mostly known for his eyes, his hair and his godish body, but he had one characteristic that overcame the others: he was a total drama queen. You only needed to say something that was different  of what he wanted to make him explote.

"What! A book is more important than me?! Than the Rolling Stones?!"

"Are you seriously that upset for this silly thing? I just asked you to... You now what? Nevermind" Sirius stopped the turntable and got closer to Remus.

"No, finish what you were gonna say"

"This is stupid, Sirius"

"Finish. The. Sentence"

Remus sighted. Sometimes he had a hard time understanding Sirius.

"You were overreacting. I just asked you to turn the volume down, I didn't say you should burn the turntable with all your vynils in it!" Remus was considerably upset by the time he finished talking, so seing that Sirius had a smile  on his face made him go mental. "Why the fuck are you smiling? Do you think what I'm saying is funny? Because it's not" that only made Sirius's smile go wider.

"You look cute when you're angry" Remus forgot why he was upset. Was it important? He couldn't say.

"You...What?"

"Didn't know you were deaf. I said you look cute when you're angry. And when you blush, like right now"

Remus, our sweet Remus, blushed even harder. He was used to hear all kinds of things from Sirius, but that... that was different. The look on his eyes. Something had changed.

"Sirius?" he asked, trying not to show his trembling voice.

"Yeah?" Remus realised Sirius was two inches from his face. He could feel his gentle breath scratch his cheek and it was driving him crazy.

"What...What are you doing?" Remus could barely talk, and Sirius enjoyed the effect he was causing on him.

Sirius had never been that close to Remus. Sure, they'd lived on the same room for six years, but they'd never seen anything but naked torsos and legs. Sirius realised that his Remus had a scar that hadn't been caused by his transformations. It seemed like he had fell while growing up and the mark had never left. He studied every freckle he could while Remus dind't react. It was like a galaxy, and Sirius swore he could see his own constelation in it.

"Sirius?"

"Hmmm?"

"What are you doing?" Remus repeated the question, no stuttering that time. Sirius looked at his eyes. His beautiful caramel eyes.

"Tell me you don't want it and I'll stop" Remus just needed two seconds to figure out was he was going to say.

"I..." Sirius hold his breath and gave a small step back. "I would like you to play the music again"

"Oh...Okey" and just when he was turning around Remus spoke again.

"After you give me a goddamn kiss"

Sirius froze to then face Remus with bright eyes and look his lips like a lion looks at his prey. Remus's heart stopped beating and then started to function again, numbing all his senses due to the high spead of his blood. He felt Sirius close to him again, leaning against him. Remus grabbed the headboard and made himself confortable. He was ready by the time Sirius rubbed his nose against his, and couldn't understand why he wasn't feeling Sirius's lips.

"Why is it taking you so long?"

"I want to enjoy the moment!"

"Oh for God's sake, Sirius, kiss me already!" and for the first time in years, Sirius did what he had told to do.

He took Remus face with both hands and put their mouths together in a desperate kiss. Remus felt like melted chocolate. Sirius was the happiest man on earth. Remus realised he had been blind all that time and that all of those things Sirius had said to him as a joke weren't really a joke. He loved Remus, just as much as Remus loved him.

"I've been wanting to do this for a long time, my Remus. I couldn't get no satisfaction because of you" Sirius joked. Remus shook his head.

"I didn't notice I had a red door, and that all I wanted was to have it painted Black" Sirius let go a laugh and kissed Remus again.

"Don't make jokes about the Rollings. If I hadn't been listening to them, we wouldn't be like this right now, you know?"

"This would have happened no matter what band you were listening. You always put the volume so loud it's impossible to even exist"

"Oh, Remus, Remus, always so dramatic"

"You call me dramatic again, Black, and I swear you won't be able to walk in a week" Sirius raised an eyebrow.

"Is that a threat? Because it sounds quite tempting" Remus blushed as he realised what he had said.

"I... I didn't mean..."

"Quit the mumbling, Lupin, and kiss me again. I'm a needy man"

"If that's what you want, Mr. Black, who am I to decline your wishes?"

And between laughs and kisses, two teenagers spend the afternoon humming to the Rolling Stones, known as match-makers since 1976, because thanks to their music, a unbreakable bond had been formed. A bond that would be around for long, long years.

Hi, there! Hope you enjoyed this wolfstar one shot I came up with in Philosophy class. Who said philosophy was useless? I'm very much satisfied with this short story, I would be very happy if you are too. For the record, my first language isn't english, so if someone sees something's wrong, you can leave it in the comments.

Kisses, Madame Black.
