Chapter 4: Calamity At Our Door Step

the area was dark around Kiraa, as his mother Raven had taken her seat in the cockpit of her personal Vrave the systme had began to boot up. the hum of the generatior shook Kiraa's hand. CrossBeil's screen had shown the destruction Raven had saved him from. pilled of rubble if not for his mothers action he would be long dead.
"Mom whats going!" Kiraa shouted only being egnored, Raven bit her lip.
"Damn, i guess the bird's out of its cage then." Raven muttered.

CrossBeil's twin eyes flashed red. Blowing out smoke disppersing the surrounding rubble. Using the building to rise up until it stood on both legs.
Kiraa starred at the monitors, as students and staffs ran in chaos. their clothes cover in durt blood stained their clothes, Some losing limps. An signifcant fact Kiraa, couldnt swallow. being caught in a surprise conflict. Something Lilith's job had her prevent. Was it out of her hand that Lilith herself couldnt see coming?
"Hold on tight Kiraa, we already got a party crasher." Raven ordered, Kiraa gripping on the side of cockpit's seat. A loud electroic ringing rattled Kiraas, ears. Raven pulled back on the throtles slamming her feet on both pannels.

The sun was cover up by a large human figure spinning a large axe over its head, cutting the clouds that surround the figure. CrossBeil's back leg caf opened reviling thrusters. leaning back avoiding the incoming attack. The humanoid figure crashed down axe first, boulders of rocks and trees flew in the air.
"What the hell is that!" Kiraa shouted, feeling his insides almost shoot out from his throat. CrossBeil's movements were immediate actions, throwing Kiraa around even he couldnt keep up with the force.
"That, thats another Vrave. Something like CrossBeil, but nothing more of a cheap knock off." Raven's eye narrowed gripping the throatles with grit, "Kiraa, you're stuck with me for a while can you handle whats about to come next?" Raven looked to her son, as his eyes wavered unsure of his own conviction, Kiraa eyes narrowed shacking his head in agreement.

CrossBeil wrapped its left arm across its body, below its forearm shot out a hand length handel. the handle shot out a blue beam, from where it was being held, it burned through the building turning the near by trees to ash. The mysterious Vrave's axe had begun to slowly glow, until it was wrapped in a orange hue. Both parties charged forward, clashing both weapons at each other. Sparks began from their weapons coliding raining down on the school grounds below. pushing one another back to have the strength advantage. Each Vrave's head starred down at one another.
"God! this hunk of metal isnt bad for a cheap knock off!" Raven complimented, before pulling back on the throttle pressing down on the right panel. CrossBeil blew their weapons upward, falling backwards to catch itself mid fall swiping it's legs underneather the Enemy Vrave. CrossBeil had gone with flow, Raven press down on  the throttles, its thrusters ignited kneeing her enemy across the head.Dropping their only weapon to defend themselves, CrossBeil flipped its Saber impelling it into the center mass of the Vrave. As heat emanated from the metal, the clawed out.
Kiraa looked through CrossBeil's monitor as the footage of them clinging desperatly to life that was taken away so easily by his mother. Slow deep heavy breathing struck Kiraa's attention. His mother was a bit woren for wear. Raven had a tempo to her breathing to control herself.
"Lilith ever tell you who she was actually fighting?" Raven asked.

As Ivan ran to back of the school yard, he wait patently. As he heard the sound of a thousand screaches. He looked to the sky as the ground trembled beneath his feet. a smiled cracked across his face. Black smoke rose from the school followed by the screams of students and staff members. He covered his hand across his face letting go of his chain he laughed lunacy. Loud crank crashed once more.
"You seem happy." Camilia presented herself behind Ivan. His smiled something no one was ever allowed to see but camilia, couldnt wash off his face.
"It just about damn time we caught this bird." Ivan restlessly said.
"Cole?" another voice muttered out. Without hesitation, Ivan's smiled vanished, he pulled Camilia's side arm she had strapped to her side. Pulling the hammer back releasing the safety off, flicking backwards sending a handfull of bullets down the voices direction. The sounds of the gun powder igniting was covered up by the destruction happening on the otherside of school grounds.
Ivan's smiled had almost washed away, until he realized who he had sent the bullets to. They were just going to have lunch together not to long ago. her outfit had starred to be stain in her own blood, before she fell to the ground. As blood oozed out of her body creating a puddle on the ground. Ivan and Camilia walked to her, Ivan taking a knees whispering to her as he choaked on her own blood, "Sorry, Ms. Stockfelt, wrong place wrong time. you understand i hope."
"Cole...why.."
"shh, shh...my name isnt cole its Ivan" Ivan giggled closing kaga's eyes before putting another bullet through her head, "come on im not losing this little birdy anytime soon."
