A small girl, was playing with her friends, laughing, screaming, running around tiring herself out to no end. Normal six year old stuff, right?
That Little girl, is Nicole, Or Nicky, as she'll be referred to in the later chapters. She's a sweet, fun-loving, adorable little girl, Her sandy blonde hair flowing behind her as she runs after her friends, Dark, yet bright eyes shinning with joy. But something had been bothering her all day, She'd been hearing things, her name being called, random sentences, and so forth. But as a child would, she pushed it off.
"Nicole!!" Another small girl screeched, That girl, is Emily, Emily is as sweet as Nicole, soft spoken and a tiny little thing, her short brunette hair only reaching her chin, freckles scatter the girls tanned face and skin. Her nearly hazel eyes shimmering with childish delight. Being Nicole's Best friend, she's quite similar to the small blonde, personality wise, in looks, they look like completely opposite people. Nicole with her pale skin, and small bits of chub, and Emily who was a very small waisted girl.
Two boys began screaming, as they tried to get the girls' attention,
One with similar looks to Emily, Dark brunette hair that almost spiked up, and Dark brown eyes, That's Eli. Short, kind, but.. annoying as every boy is.
The Other is Ethan, Bright blue eyes, beach blonde hair, paper pale skin. Jumpy personality, an over all sweet boy, much different from his brother despite them both being incredibly kind to others.
Four friends, all teamed, some childish crushes, You get the jist.
"Nicole, say something!" The voice spoke softly, getting her out of her thoughts. "Nicole!!!" Emily seemed to screech once more, as Nicole'd been standing there, for quite some time, just.. staring. "O-Oh?" The Blonde looked up, "Sorry- oOF-" She gasped as Ethan tackled her into the grass, "nO-" She yelled, laughing childishly.
As they continued to play, it soon became time for her to go inside, as she parted ways, hugging them in the tightest hug any of them could imagine, she laughed.

"You're... Moving?!" The 7 year old gasped, as Emily stood in front of her, almost in tears. "Yeah... We found a new place down in South Georgia.." she sighed, biting her tongue. "Oh... Well.. Keep in touch you hear?!" Nicole laughed softly, wrapping her arms around the brunette's shoulders, snuggling into her slightly. "Okay, I will, I promise.."
"Ya'll look gay!!" Emily's older sister Michelle, walked out, causing Nicole to back up and 'eugh' quietly "I'm not gay!!" She yelled,
A few years went by, and Emily didn't keep her promise. Nicole sat in her room, sighing softly, as a figure showed up beside her, "Hey, Nicks, you look a little lonely" The Boy laughed softly, very lightly punching the girl in the arm. She looked over and gasped, "W-Who are you?!" She backed up, whimpering. "Hey- Hey! Calm down, Don't worry! Nobody can see me" The boy's voice was calm, and seemingly full of joy. "Think of me as your imaginary friend" He smiled, His pale skin similar to hers, and scattered with freckles, His hazel brown hair falling into his face and eyes, glasses sitting on the tip of his nose. "W-What's your name?" She asked softly, crawling back towards him, attempting to keep her voice down, so her grandparents wouldn't hear. "Ashton," The Boy simply replied. "Think of me as the one friend, that'll always be there" He smiled warmly. "But.. What if I get too old for imaginary friends?" Nicole seemed confused, yet, somehow calm when talking with him. "I'll be the friend that, no matter how old you get, I'll be there!" 'Ashton' seemed very bouncy, almost like Nicole herself, brown eyes having the same child like shine to them. "How.. Old are you?" Nicole continued to ask questions, and Ashton didn't seem to mind answering. "Right now? Hah! I'm 13!" Nicole's eyes widened. "Whoaaa...! You're a teenager!!" She gasped, giggling childishly. "Yep! And Soon enough, you'll be too!" He laughed, keeping the girl company.
He truly seemed to stay around, As Nicole went through school, and church, he kept her company went nobody would talk to her. Then a few more started speaking to her, After Ashton, it was Jameson, then Daina, And Jackson.
It was only one day, during a church service, Nicole found herself daydreaming, no friends, all by herself, until Ashton caught a glimpse of a small girl, seemingly about Nicole's age, and he became determined to make friends with her.
Little did they all know, this girl, would be a huge turning point in Nicole's life.
