     Stan's POV~

      I walked over to the green house. Apparently it had been bought. I remembered the bright sign with neon green letters that said it was for sale. I also heard Mr. Garrison say that a new girl named Thalia was joining our school. I decided to meet her. I stepped up to the door and rang thd doorbell. It let off a muffled ring through the house. Someone opened the door. It was girl with brown hair and bright green eyes that seemed to match the house color. She wore an orange hat with a yellow little puffball, and a neon green shirt that said I WILL TAKE YOUR PIE WHEN YOU'RE NOT LOOKING. She looked about my age, except for the fact that she would be the shortest kid in our class.

   "H-hey. Are you Thalia?" I suddenly felt shy talking to the new girl. She just flipped her ponytail to the back of her head. "Yeah, that's me." I nodded. "I just wanted to meet you. Mr. Garrison told us you would be coming. I guess I should go though. See ya tomorrow." I said, trying to keep a straight face. I saw a flash of worry in her green eyes, but she replied calmly. "Okay."

    

    I walked back home, thinking about how I turned away so quickly so she wouldn't see my cheeks turn red. I called up Kyle, to keep my mind off of it.
