After three long years of being away from his family, Jackson Hagan, was finally coming home. His best friend Ace Black, who is always by his side, was coming to stay at his home for a little while. They were sent to an all boys school to help with their temper, as well as hone their mystical abilities.
Ivy, Jack's sister, was practically bursting with excitement. She hadn't seen her brother in years although she had communicated with him via letters and packages. She was equally excited to see Ace, who was her best friend. She loved to communicate with both of them, but she was so excited to have them home.It was already 11:30 and they would be home in half an hour. Ivy was frantically darting around the house trying to make sure everything was perfect for her brother's coming home party. Fera Wilson, Ivy's other best friend, was constantly telling her everything was fine, but she had to make sure. Ivy kept checking the time to see if it was 12:00 yet.
They finally arrived at 12:13 to a very pissed off Ivy, and concerned looking Ruby. "Where were you... you were supposed to be here 13 MINUTES AGO!" Ivy yelled. "Hello to you too sis" Jackson responds. Even though she was very upset a giant smile broke onto her face. She tackled her brother, who stumbled greatly, in a bear crushing hug. Ace is just standing there with a giant smile on his face, extremely happy to be home. When Ivy lets go of her brother she crushes Ace in a tight hug as well.
The rest of the day was spend with video games, pizza, and a lot of catching up.The next day was the second day of summer. All four decided they would go out to the mall, and then go to an Italian restaurant to eat. The rest of the summer consisted of getting to know each other once again.
