Asuka POV
"Brandon?"
"Uhh, Brandon? Why don't you come our new roommate?", Sky said with a hint of something in his voice. But I couldn't understand what was the hidden message.
"What?", a voice called out. Then I saw a someone extended their head from the walkway. This guy was fair skinned, with blonde hair and vibrant, azure eyes. His eyes were widen before he sheepishly laughed.
"Why did you call me Brandon, when you're Bandon?", Sky asked when he raised his eyebrows as a signal for something.
"Ha...Ha... My mistake....", the male spoke as he sheepishly scratched his neck. I grumbled a few statements about the companions in my current radius.
"Ha Ha... Sorry about that. I'm not crazy, I swear.", Brandon insisted as he stepped closer towards my direction.
"That's what every insane person says....".
"Anyway, I'm Brandon. Nice to meet you.", Brandon introduced himself as he extended his palm for a handshake.
"Likewise, I'm Asuka Tanaka.".
"Tanaka..? Why does that sound so familiar?", Brandon muttered, which I accidentally heard. My eyes slightly narrowed in cation, not wanting unfamiliar strangers to have access to private information.
"Is that so? Well then, I suppose I should inform you that my family is known for being travels for their occupation.", I lied, quickly providing an excuse.
"Ah, that's probably it then"
"So.... There's only you two, huh?", I asked as I shifted my weight towards my right leg, trying to maintain the subject.
"Yup. There are 2 others, but they aren't here yet. So, it's just us three", Sky informed . I just nodded at the information.
"Which rooms are free?" I asked as my eyes scanned at all of the closed doors that were lined against the walls.
"Uh, those 4 are.", Sky said as he pointed towards 4 doors. I opened and examine the contents of each room.
"I'll take this one."
