Prologue
Fire and ice used to be able to live in peace together. There was Queen Molly (Ice), and King Tristian (Fire). The king and queen were out for a walk one day and then the king saw a gleaming, red diamond the king eyes filled with greed. This stone filled him with amazing powers. He broke off a peice and tried to kill the queen. They separated and created their own kingdoms.A wall of steam sepertates the two kingdoms. Rumor has it that a sliver Mage will rise out of the steam and restore the two kingdoms. A few years later the queen of ice gave birth to a little baby. Before they could name it, the baby was kidnapped by the fire kingdom. The queens men serched for something to fight back. They found a ice version of the diamond. Each side created staffs an placed bits of the diamond on the staff. These staffs could cast out a elemental power ( fire or ice depending on the diamond). My name is Dante I live in the fire kingdom. There's something that sepertates me from other people. I have one red eye and one blue eye ( The people of the Fire kingdom had red eyes and people of the Ice kingdom have blues eyes). This is the story of my life in this crazy war.
Chapter 1: I wake up in the morning to the sound of my brother Caleb. "Dante, Dante wake up. Time to train". "Caleb. What you call training is what I call kicking your butt". "Oh be quiet Dante". We head over to the training areato duel. "Alright Caleb, you go first". "Ok. Ignis fulmen"! A bolt of fire flies towards me. I jump over the bolt and shoot a wave of fire at Caleb. He flies backwards into the wall. "Agh"! "You ok"? " Yeah I'm fine". We hear the gong go off. We rush towards the main palace. Lord Tristian has planed an attack,on the ice kingdom. "Alright men. We will be heading off to sabatoge the ice kingdom walls. We will be leaving in 15 minutes. Now move! "Alright Dante, another attack to... Dante"? I went ahead to the boarder of the to kingdoms. I usually hang out in the ice kingdom. I even have my own secret cave there. I have studied the ways of the ice kingdoms residences. I even stumbled across a strange memory of a spell from the ice kingdom. I walk over to my cave and say the spell. " Scintillans gelu". The wall of the mountain sparkles and opens up and I go inside. I go up stairs to a ice window that over looks the 2 kingdoms. I see the fire knights charging towards the boundery. I run down the stairs and out of the cave and over to the knights. "Stop"! "Dante! There you are. Blast, were have you been"? "There are traps ahead lord Tristian. I went ahead and saw them setting up traps"! "Well thank you for warning us. But next time you wander off without telling me. I will have you scorched"! "Yes lord Tristian"!
