A Love So Profound

.....the couple had fallen asleep tangled in each other's arms....whilst Gabriel was still 'knotted' to Anna...with a soft gasp, Anna jerks awake, causing Gabriel/Sloan to both instantly awaken at the first hint of sound. Their protective instincts going on high alert, yet neither understanding why just yet..."What is it, my Love, has something happened?!?!?!? Gabriel asked in a near panic that something or someone might be trying to hurt His beloved little Anna, the Luna of His heart.

Ever so gently, Anna takes Gabriel's hand and softly slides it down her abdomen to rest lightly beside her other hand. Both hands were positioned directly above her womb, "Do you feel that, my beloved Alpha?" Just as Anna pressed lightly against the top of Gabriel's hand, he felt a warm electrifying charge ripple through Anna's womb. They looked into one another's eyes with tears shimmering in their depths, each knowing they had felt their child's first spark of life.

This was a blessing so profound they wrapped around one another sharing loving kisses as they become soaked from both tears and passion. They both knew this child was conceived in perfect love, here in their waterfall castle far away from the troubles back at home...

Approximately one hour after they felt their child's first spark, they heard a mournful sound echoing outside of the castle's gates. Somehow they both knew it was Anna's stalker wolf, yet they sensed something different in this howl, versus any previous almost contact with him. Gabriel quickly rose from the bed and grabbed his clothing, whilst Anna did the same...they made a quick treck through the castle and up the stairs inside a hidden passage to the turrets above the gate...

Once they reached the top, they saw a forlorn wolf in the clearing, they watched with some trepidation as he changed forms, and Gabriel immediately recognized the man before him. He would never forget his face, for this was the man who had hurt his beloved Anna. This was the one who had held her captive, beating her and attempting to rape her, trying to force an unwanted mating. At the sight of him, Gabriel immediately began to growl and snarl, calming only when Anna touched his arm in a loving caress...her own distress palpable upon seeing who it was

"State your name and your business, you are not welcome here..."the growl was so deep, just hearing it caused absolute silence in the surrounding forest, all animals able to recognize and fear the apex predator responsible for that ungodly growl... The wolf man in the clearing bared his throat in submission upon hearing Gabriel's growl. Bowing down in subjucation until he knelt upon the forest floor. Gabriel watched on in absolute rage, whilst Anna watched on, torn between sheer pity and abject horror directed at the Male wolf below.

"My name is Jacob, and I came here tonight chasing after you to retrieve my beloved Veronica. I could sense that she was here, that you were the one holding her against her will. I came to an instantaneous awareness once you completed the mating bond. and recognized mia Bella. It was then that everything came crashing back down upon me, as I remembered what happened, and what a disgraceful and unforgivable thing I had done..." he turned his gaze toward Annabelle, his eyes imploring her to hear what he had to say in hopes that she would know he truly meant what he was saying...

"please, Bella, hear me and know my words are truth, for everything that happened. I am so sorry, I know there is nothing that can ever excuse my behavior, but if it takes my life to find a way to earn your forgiveness, so be it. The things Thaddeus had me doing to you in an attempt to mate with you against your will, I would take every scar and every pain, every ounce of wolfesbane that ever touched your flesh. I would hope that you would see, hear and know that I am forever truly sorry for what I have done. I beg of You, Moon Goddess, Mother of us all, please take from them the scars and pain and place it upon me, that I might forever remember and wear my shame evidenced within the scars upon my flesh..."

Jacob fell to his knees sobbing violently as a silvery light eminated from the forest surrounding the Waterfall Castle.
Jacob's sobs echoed throughout the forest and surrounding areas. The slight sound of bells tinkling in the background sang a sweet symphony of peace and harmony to such a degree, even Gabriel's growls soothed to a quieted chuffing as the Moon Goddess appeared. "Jacob, do you truly wish to pay for your crimes and sins against Annabelle, one of My beloved adopted daughters? Be very certain, before you answer, for if you do, the pain and agony you will suffer this night, just may kill you...and I cannot guarantee that you will meet your beloved Veronica, should you perish, as punishment for your sins, you may have forfeited that right, only the fates will be able to decide your fate..."
