It was Saturday and I was on my bed bouncing a ball on the wall in front of me. I was bored hearing my mom and little brother yelling each other. I went downstairs to the kitchen where my mom was standing at the counter chopping salad for dinner.
"I am sooo bored mom!" I said to my mom and my mom looked at me with confusion.
"Maybe you could write your collage application!" I rolled my eyes,"Really mom I have like one year to write my collage application."
"Anyway are you excited for your freshman year "mom said wiggling her eyebrows.
"Maybe!"
"What is that face for it the starting of a new year.come on baby were that excited smile!"
"I don't know mom I have no friends there and Ayisha is moving tomorrow to her new home in another state."
" what about your brother he could be your friend." Mom said to me trying to help."Really the twin I have sitting on the couch all day watching football is going to be my friends?" Giving my mom a strange look.
" I know you will figure this out." Mom said jagging me a huge and giving me a warm smile as she left the kitchen.
Then I went to the living room and as always me twin brother Andre was sitting on the couch watching football. "Hey are you excited for school?" I said sitting on the couch next to Andre.
"Really Sofi you are my twin and that means you know everything about me"said giving me a weird look.
" I get what you are saying. I feel the same I don't really want the summer to end."
"Okay can you now go do your stuff I am kinda watching." Said giving me an obvious look. I glared at him and went to my room. After a minute later Ayisha called. "Hi, how is the packing?"
" we are almost done your coming to the home tomorrow yah?"
" of course I am coming."
" hey tell junior that he could take my dragon toys if he wants."
" you mean my little brother?"
"Is there any other junior that I know!!"
"Okay thanks"
" bye"
"Bye"
I went downstairs stairs and had dinner and went to bed because I have to get up early and go to Ayisha's house to say bye.
At the morning I was the only one to get up so early so could eat my breakfast peacefully without my brothers nagging me of many things. After I ate my breakfast I went to Ayisha's house which's few blocks away.
I helped Ayisha with her bags as we was were trying not to cry. Then it was the time for Ayisha to go we both were friends starting from middle school. Then we were both cried while hugging. What we tried to hold it. Then at last Ayisha is driving away waving me till they disappear through the road.
The next day was the worst day of my life. The day was very slow. I already miss Ayisha. And also terrified of my first freshman year is starting tomorrow. Finally it was dinner. Mom called me to eat dinner. The table was quite because my father is super strict.
" why are you not eating?" Said my father.
"I..I am full."I said. Then the silence at the table continued. When we were done I run up to my room. I set my alarm and went to bed.
