In 1974, the G.R.C (Gifted Research Center) carried out a test on some set of people. The test was successful until they all escaped. Different gifted humans have now been created through the test subject, their children now possess new superpower that were never expected to be known.
Dr. Henry iii, created a school named Gifted High. A school just for gifted children, then it is said that the gifted have the tendency to being terrorist. The school became government owned, to train superheroes and notorious gifted children of the world,
