First Day

BEEP BEEP BEEP! BEEP BEEP BEEP! BEEP BEE- I slammed my alarm clock with all my strength, breaking it. "Will you please stop breaking alarm clocks Y/n and Izuku!" I heard the faint smash of another poor alarm clock as I sat up. I hated mornings. As energetic as we were, the Midoriya family hated mornings with a passion. I groaned as I stood up and walked into my bathroom. I looked like death. Literally. There isn't even any sunlight outside! And you expect me to get ready? Curse this society for the normality of waking up so early just to go to school.

I finished getting ready and went downstairs to see Izu's bright green bushy hair and his face that didn't suit him. He looked so mad, almost as mad as Kagou. I sat down, almost sure that I had the same face. "Now don't be like that, it's the first day of school! Look lively!" My mom said. I looked at her and fixed my posture, giving her a smile. "That's right, sorry that I made this morning so depressing, even though the morning deserved it" Izu did the same and we ate breakfast in silence. I looked up at the clock. "FU- FRICK WE'RE LATE IZU!" I jumped up and grabbed my bag as he did the same. We bolted out the door and sunlight immediately hit my face.

I smiled and ran as fast as I could to school. I looked behind me and Izu was falling behind. "Hurry!" He speeded up and his face changed into one of fear. I looked at him confused as I collided with the most hardest thing ever. A pole!? Great, you're going to bruise your perfect face on the first day back to school. You're so cool Y/n. I looked up and saw the most angriest face ever. My face lit up. "Hey Kagou! What are you doing here?" I asked him as I got up. "Tch! I was walking to school, when someone annoying bumped into me!" I smiled brighter.

"Awee! C'mon don't be like that, be happy!" I stared at him and a smile cracked on his face, oh how I want to protect that perfect smile for all my life. His face changed from happy to annoyed in seconds. "Paku!" He threatened me with his voice. My annoying nickname, Paku. I hate that with all my heart. And he knows it. "Okay okay, I'm guilty, but at least have some sympathy! Your smile is nice, you should do it more often." His face got a little red and he walked closer. "Yeah yeah, I get it. Ugh stop it! That was so gross to say!" I giggled and continued walking.

Kagou, Izu, and I walked to school, talking the whole way. We were all childhood friends, so it was nice talking like this, even though the whole time we both got roasted by Kagou. We walked into the U.A gates, and finally made it into the classroom. All of a sudden we were surrounded by classmates. "Hey! Bakugo!" I looked over and spotted Kiri waving. "Oh my god! Hey Kiri! It's been a while!" I high fived him and smiled brightly. Kagou just made a "tch!" Noise and walked to a random seat. I walked over to him and poked his cheek.

"What the fu- oh it's just you." I pouted. "Hey! It's not just me it's the famous Y/n!" I smiled at him again and he looked away. "Hey! I wanted to ask you something!" He looked my way again angrily. "What do you want?" I gulped and looked away. "Oh I'm sorry you're probably not in a good mood right now so I'll just go.." I turned around to my seat.

He grabbed my wrist and I turned a bright pink, stop with this hormones I command you. "Hey no it's fine just, ugh what the hell do you want!?" His face was pink too and he looked away. "Well it's been a while, and I wanted to know how you've been! Like how you've been training for you quirk, amazing by the way and" I started rambling on and he held onto my wrist tighter. "Hey! Stop you're mumbling again." I covered my mouth. "Oops, sorry. Anyways, do you wanna grab a bite to eat and catch up?" He let go of my wrist. "Yeah...sure whatever." I looked at him. Was he blushing??

I looked closer and he got redder. "What's wrong? Do you have a fever Kagou?" I asked him. He couldn't be blushing, it's not like him. I checked his forehead with the back of my hand. "Doesn't seem li" I was cut off by this caterpillar..oh that's Aizawa! I quickly sat in a random seat, right next to Kagou and he still looked red. He looked out the window. Huh, oh well! Gotta pay attention to class anyways.
