He cheated

Loki shakily put his keys in the lock of his apartment door. He twisted it, tears flowing down his cheeks. A few petals from the blue flowers loki was holding fell to the floor from His shaking hands. The door opened to see his roommate, Andromeda, on the couch playing super Mario oddesy. She had chocolate brown skin and long, dark dreadlocks with platinum blonde dyed at the ends.

Loki mumbled, "A-A-Ani, do you want s-some flowers?"

Andromeda put down the controller she was holding and looked over at Loki who had a hand over his face.

"Aww, Loki what happened?" She ran up to him, grabbed his shoulder, and led him over to the couch. She was significantly shorter than him, her head about reached his mouth.

She sat him down on the couch and sat cross-legged next to him.
"I w-went to Spencer's apartment, and um," he sniffed, "the-the door was open. I had b-bought him flowers because I wanted to s-surprise him. S-So I went in-n and s-Spencer and some other guy were on the couch, KIssing." Loki seemed to have stuttered on the last word, as if it was chocking him.

Loki sobbed and wiped his face with his arm. Ani got up and got him a box of tissues. Loki took one and dabbed it against his face.

"Th-thanks An-ni."

"No problem."

Andromeda awkwardly sat next to him for a few minutes, then wrapped her arms around his shoulders to comfort him. He just accepted it, as she leaned her head against his shoulder.

They sat in silence for a bit, Loki now starting to softly hiccup, until Loki asked, "do-do you mind if I umm, g-go to my room?"

Andromeda smiled and said, "no, why would I?"

"Okay-y,"
Loki got up and walked over to his room, almost in a run, and closed the door behind him. Andromeda watched him with a worried look. She sighed, and went back to playing her game.

Loki fell onto his small bed and dug his face into a pillow. This had been the second time this had happened, the first time being with a girl named Emma. They had flirted with each other in DMs on Twitter, and they had even gone on a few dates, but one day she posted a picture with another guy on instagram, and the caption was "hanging out with the new BF, going to watch 'A Quiet Place'". It was a terrible feeling, and Loki spent the rest of that night watching 'Stranger Things' with Ami and eating ice cream.

But this time, Loki had actually saw it happen. Loki sobbed into the pillow.
He felt his phone vibrate, so he pulled it out of his pocket and turned on his side.

It was a text from Spencer. 'Loki Im sorry.'
Loki staired at the text for a bit, before getting up and walking to his door.
He cracked open the door and asked, "Ami, w-what should I do?" He showed the phone through the door.

She walked up and looked at it before saying,  "Say something like, 'why should I? You cheated.'"

"Okay..." Loki pulled the phone in and texted, the clicking sound effect of the typing sounded through the rooms. He sent it and they heard the bubble-ish sound of it being sent. (I'm typing about typing, that's meta)

They heard the sound of him texting back. Loki read, 'ya, IK but I actually wanted to break up with you for a while. Since last week.'

Loki sniffed and mumbled, "w-wha..?"

"What? What'd he say?"

Loki slipped the phone through the door and Andromeda looked at it before cussing under her breath, "oh that son of a bitch."

"W-well w-what should I say?"

Ami crosses her arms and said, "don't, he's not worth it."

"Okay,"

He put the phone on a nightstand next to a framed photo. It was a family photo, of him, Thor, Odin and Frigga. The area where Loki was standing was cracked, and Odin's face had been scribbled out with marker.

Loki dropped himself face-first into his bed, hanging his legs and arms off the edges.  He softly hiccuped into the bed, ignoring another 'Ping!' from his phone.

Loki heard a small knock on the door, followed by Ani's voice saying, "You Okay?"
