chapter 10- Panic Attack

Zara's POV
I must have fallen asleep while I was writing, I still had a pencil in my hand. I put my pencil down and grabbed my phone. 6 AM. Great. I decided to go on a quick run to just relax.
I laced up my sneakers and headed out the door. I played some of my peaceful music, and just took in my surroundings. I started thinking. Thinking too much and suddenly I felt panic come over me as thoughts rushed through my head. The world started spinning. I felt like I couldn't breathe. My sister would be pissed if I woke her up this early so I grabbed my phone and anxiously dialed Josie's number.
"Hello?" Josie said half awake
"Help...me..." I said breathing heavily
"Okay okay. You're okay. Where are you?"
"The...park..." I barely got out.
"Alright stay put I'm leaving now"

What was only minutes felt like hours. I saw her car stop in front of me and she jumped out. She ran over and sat down next to me. I just began to cry. She didn't even bother to ask me what's wrong, she just let me cry, which is why I love having her by my side.

Eventually my panic attack ended, and I explained everything to May. Well mostly everything.
"You have to go."
"I know. I'm going, but it's really not what I want. At all."
"I know."
"I just finally felt alright and now, everything shattered again."
"It's Billie isn't it. You guys finally expressed how you really feel and now you feel like it's ruined."
How did she know?
"mmhmm, but- but please you cant say anything to anyone. She can't have people knowing yet." I said with tears filling my eyes.
"It's okay. I promise. And I know everything will end up perfect."
"Hey if it doesn't I know who to blame."
We both laughed. Josie drove me home and I finally felt alright.

Billies POV
Fuck. Why. It always happens like this. Every time I find someone it gets fucking screwed up. But this time it's really different. This girl, she's everything.

"Bil. You okay?" Finneas asked me
"Yeah just thinking."
"Okay you sure?"
"Mmmhmm" I lied

I heard a knock at my door.

Zara's POV
I knocked on Billies front door. I was greeted by a women, Maggie.
"Hi! You must be Zara! I'm Maggie", she smiled, "I have heard so much about you."
"Hi! Yes that's me!" I grinned.
"Come in come in please! Billies in her room."

I walked to Billies room and knocked. She opened the door.
"Hello pretty lady."
"Hi." I blushed
She grabbed my hand and pulled me into her room. I dropped my bag and everything inside of it fell out.
