Chapter 2:Zedge's Birthday

Kokomi:(Yawn) Morning honey. Josh? (Gets out of bed) Josh? Oh there you are.
Josh:Hey honey.
Kokomi:I see your putting streamers up. What's up?
Josh:Today is Zedge's birthday.
Kokomi:Wait really? How old is he?
Josh:Well in creation years he's 1 but in his actual years how he came out he's 6.
Kokomi:That's awesome. Wait till Yuko and the others know.
Josh:They already do. Yuko and Kukai are out buying Zedge some gifts and Zukio and Magilou are out getting him their gifts and his cake.
Kokomi:Is he still asleep?
Josh:Yeah. He's gotta stay that way for now. At least until his cake and stuff gets here.

(With Yuko and Kukai)

Yuko:Alright Kukai what all do we got?
Kukai:We got Into The Spider-Verse on DVD, Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu, and Batman Arkham Knight.
Yuko:And what else do we have left to get him?
Kukai:(Checks list) It says here he wanted a prop sword from Sword Art Online. Looks like Kirito's.
Yuko:I think I saw that at the comic book place.
Kukai:Me too.
Yuko:Wait you went there?
Kukai:Yeah I read the RWBY manga.
Yuko:How was it?
Kukai:The Manga is slightly different from the anime.

(At the comic book store)

Yuko:Here it is. Good thing its plastic so he won't cut his finger off.
Kukai:I agree.

(At the lab)

Magilou:Alright we got the cake and we got the gifts. Lets go!
Zukio:She's so cute when she's excited.
Zedge:Mmm. (Yawn)
Yuko:Hey Zedge.
Zedge:Hey Yuko.
Yuko:Come in the living room real quick. We have a surprise for you.
Zedge:Yuko whats going on?
Josh:This is.
Zedge:Papa?
Josh:Happy Birthday Son.
Kokomi:6 years old already.
Magilou:Your growing up way too fast kiddo.
Zedge:Haha.

(Later)

Yuko:Alright Zedge this is from me and Kukai.
Zedge:(Opens bag) Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse. I've been wanting to see this.
Yuko:Its a good movie.
Zedge:(Continues to look through bag) I got Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu!
Kukai:That's what you wanted right?
Zedge:Yeah. (Continues to look through bag) Batman Arkham Knight!
Yuko:Oh crap I forgot one. You guys go ahead and give him his other gifts I'll go get the last gift from me and Kukai out of our room.
Josh:Alright son this is from me and your mother.
Zedge:(Looks through bag) A Batman Costume!
Josh:He's like his father he loves Batman.
Kukai:I didn't know you liked Batman so much.
Kokomi:Kukai you didn't know Batman was Josh's favorite Super Hero?
Kukai:I knew he liked Batman but I didn't know he was his favorite.
Zedge:(Continues to look through bag) An iPod!
Kokomi:You got him an iPod?
Josh:Yeah its basically a more kid friendly version of the iPhone.
Kokomi:Well true that.
Josh:Haha.(Pulls Kokomi in) Your so cute when you worry.
Kokomi:(Blushes) Hmhm.
Zedge:(Continues to look through bag) A Beyblade set!
Kokomi:You got it for him. He's been wanting that so badly.
Josh:I know. Thats why I had to get it for him.
Zedge:And here's from me and Magilou buddy.
Zedge:(Looks through bag) A Beyblade launcher!
Magilou:Before you ask. I knew you were gonna get him the set so I thought I'd get him a launcher.
Josh:Awesome.
Zedge:(Continues to look through bag) A PS4 gamepad.
Zukio:He was barely able to hold the actual controller so I got him that for his little hands.
Zedge:Thank you Zukio.
Zukio:Anytime buddy.
Yuko:Ok I got both gifts.
Kukai:Wait. Both gifts?
Yuko:Yeah. Its kind of something Dad and I talked about.
Zedge:(Opens gift) A Kirito sword. And an envelope?
Yuko:Open it bro.
Zedge:(Opens envelope) They're plane tickets to Florida.
Yuko:Yeah and I think you know why.
Zedge:Huh?
Yuko:I will give you a hint little bro. You came up to me all the time saying how bad you really wanted to go.
Zedge:Disney World?
Yuko:Yup.
Zedge:You mean it?
Yuko:Yup of course.
Zedge:(Hugs) I love you Yuko!
Yuko:Haha love you too buddy.
Kukai:Looks like Yuko got the best gift.
Josh:You can say that again. Only down side is that I have to get on a plane again.
Kokomi:Don't worry honey I'll be right there with you.
