“Benjamin! Wake up for school!” I heard my mom bang on the door. I groaned and pushed myself up from my softly, comfortable bed. I swung my legs to the edge of the bed. I looked down and pouted, they still didn’t reach the floor. I shrugged and looked around my room, I ran a hand through my soft brown hair and felt it was kind of dirty. Shower it is. I decided. I stood up and went into my bathroom attached to my room. I stripped off my Pikachu briefs and stepped into the shower. I scrubbed myself with my yummy brown sugar and vanilla body scrub and lathered my hair up with my matching shampoo. After finishing my shower I stepped out and wrapped a towel around my small waist and walked out of the bathroom back into my room. I rummaged through my closet, finding an off white jumper, khaki chinos and grey TOMS. I quickly through those on, I stepped in front of my full length mirror and brushed my hair into a feather and soft oblivion.

When I was pleased I put my brush in my bag. I picked up my dark green canvas bag, slipping it on. I picked up my IPhone and slipped it into my pocket. I quickly ran down stairs.

“Bye mom!” I called out. She quickly came out of the kitchen.

“Honey but you forgot to eat breakfast!” She called worriedly. I smiled at her.

“I’ll be fine!” I said. I opened the door and left and went out to my car. I loved my car so much. It was neither old nor expensive. It is perfect. I smiled and got in my car and drove towards school.

When I arrived at school, I stepped out of my car and was met by-I guess you call them my fan club.

“Benny your post on Facebook last night was so funny! I totally liked it!” One girl exclaimed. A soccer play smiled at me.

“Thanks Benny for the advice on Rachel, I have a date with her on Saturday!” He said, excitedly.  More thank-you’s and compliments were given to me, I humbly took them, smiling all the way through. When that finished, I made that way to my locker. As I pulled my books out of my locker I heard rumors, new kids had made their way to William High. I shrugged; maybe I’ll see them during lunch. I quickly grabbed the necessary supplies out of my locker and walked to my first class.

The first few minutes were quite boring, just Ms. Flowers droning on and on about Chemistry when the door opened. Heads snapped over. My eyes followed to the person in the door. There was a really tall guy there, wearing a plain white v-neck with blue jeans and Converse. He had back that was cut really short. He also had glasses. But he was still quite handsome. He walked over to Ms. Flowers and gave her a note. She read it quickly and nodded. She suddenly turned to us.

“Class, we have a new student with us and his name is Ellis Michaels.” She said. Ellis’s face remained unresponsive, no blush or no smile. Ms. Flowers looked around the room and turned to Ellis again.

“Mr. Michaels you can sit next to Benjamin, Benjamin raise your hand to show where Ellis will be sitting.” She said, turning to look at me. I quickly raised my hand. Ellis’s dark blue eyes swiveled and met mine. He picked up his bag and moved over to my-our-table. I smiled politely, “I’m Benjamin, but you can call me Benny.” I said. Ellis nodded and sat down on the stool next to me.

“I’m Ellis.” He said. I smiled and nodded, we continued to listen to Ms. Flowers.

I held my breath as I had a beaker in front of me, and I had two test tubes. Shit, I forgot which one is suppose to go in. I closed my eyes and picked one. I was about to pour it when I heard,

“You’re doing it wrong.” Ellis muttered next to me. I jumped,

“Shit!”

“LANGUAGE, BENJAMIN!” Ms. Flowers exclaimed from the other side of the room, dang lady, you’ve got some scary hearing.

“Yes ma’am.” I mumbled. I looked to Ellis to continue.

“You chose the wrong one.” He said, pushing his fist lightly into my hair. I shook my hair at him and picked up the other one.

“Thanks.” I said. He nodded as I poured the liquid into the beaker.  It changed colors but didn’t explode. I smiled widely.

“Yay I didn’t die!” I exclaimed. Ellis fought back a smile. The bell rang signaling the next class. Ellis disposed of the liquid. I picked up my bookbag. I smiled at Ellis.

“Thanks again for the chemical heads-up! I didn’t feel like going to the ER today.” I said. He nodded,

“No problem.”

Okay, so apparently the new kids are, and I quote, totally SMOKING HOT. I don’t know, I mean I’ve already met Ellis, but I don’t want to jump his bones or anything. From what I’ve heard there are three and they’re all boys. Yummy.

I put my Chemistry, Calculus, and History textbooks in my locker and made my way to lunch. After I got in line and got my lunch, burger and fries, om nom nom. I sat down at my table. One could call it the popular table. Eh, I just sit with my actual friends at that table. I sat down and quickly took a bit of my burger. Everybody stared at the cafeteria doors. All of a sudden it’s like I died and went to boy heaven. Ellis walked in with two other guys. The other two had dark lush hair and detailed faces that made any one fate.

Dear lord…
