1835: NEW ORLEANS
I was walking through the quarter alone, late at night - when I heard someone behind me. I quickly turned around, I had just turned twenty four and it was a bad time to be out alone at night.
I sighed, before turning around and bumping straight into someone. "Oh god, Hey Dante. It's been a long time," I say, and he looks down at me with a small smile, an it was weird - like he was up to something.
"Hey Lilia, How are you doing?" He asks, and I take a strong step back - hitting into a monument.
"I'm good, How long has it been since we last saw each other D?" I ask, and he smirks before bringing his hands up - and twisting my neck to the side. I just remembered that he was a witch. "Dante, what are you doing?" I question as I felt my neck twisting in a weird way.
I felt my heart starting to pulsate and I felt myself fall to the floor in pain. "D, please." I whimpered, before he plunged something into my heart and I gasped in pain before his heart was ripped out right in front of me.
"Hey, Lilia. Look at me," I heard someone say, and I look up to see Elijah standing there - he took my face in his hand and then bit down onto his wrist and pushed it in my mouth but I struggled, "Please, Lilia. Drink." He says, and I put my hand on his cheek.
After I drank, I felt myself take my last breath - my eyes slowly closing.

I woke up with a start, my gums hurting like hell and I groaned - rubbing my arms as the door opened. My eyes met Rebekah's and she looked at me sympathetically. "Lilia, how are you feeling?" She asks and I grunt.
"I've turned into something I don't want to be, I'm not feeling too good." I say, and she climbs onto the bed beside me and tugged me into her. "I just want to be human again," I say, tears rolling down onto her shoulder as she glared at whoever was standing at the door.
"I've got you love, I've got you." She whispered, keeping me close to her body as she once again glared at someone at the door.
"I would like to talk to her Rebekah, if you will?" I heard Elijah say from my doorway, and my eyes widen before I look up to see the suit wearing original standing at the door - and I glared as Rebekah stood up.
She walked over to him as I sat up, "Watch it Elijah, she's sensitive." Rebekah says before hitting her shoulder into her brothers and walking out - leaving me alone with Elijah.
"What do you want Elijah?" I asked, cocking a brow at the original that was standing at the edge of my doorway. He pushed himself off of the wall and came towards me, his strides long and steady until he reached me.
I flinched and looked away from him, but he grabbed my chin in between his index and middle finger. "Look at me, Lilia -." he says, but I slap him. He knew what it was for.
"You knew I didn't want this, I wanted to grow old, have a family - have a job." I hiss lowly, "Why did you do it?" I growled out, glaring at him and he sighs.
"Lilia, If you died - I don't know what I would do without you." He admits, and my eyes widen as I look up at him. "I'm getting Madrid to make you a daylight ring - only if you want to finish the transition." he says, holding a blood bag out towards me and I sigh before taking it.
He turned around and I sighed, "Elijah." I say, and he turns to face me. "Thank you for saving me, but never do anything again without my consent." I say, and he nods but a small smile parted on his lips.

1919: NEW ORLEANS, THEATRE
"Lilia, open up!" Marcel shouts from other side of my door, and I open the door for him to come in. I quickly tried to get the rest of my dress zip up but I felt someone drag it up for me. "You ready?" He asks me and I sigh before nodding, he holds his arm out for me and I put mine through his.
"Let's go," I say before we start to walk out the abattoir. We met Elijah, Niklaus and Rebekah outside and Marcel held my arm out for one of the males to take - Elijah took my left and Niklaus took my right.
"You look exquisite tonight," Elijah whispers lowly, knowing I heard him - I gave him a tight lipped smile, before Niklaus tugged me in a different way, and Elijah followed - his hand slipped down to mine before gripping it tightly.
