A bughead story about Betty Cooper going on holidays for the first time in 10 years since she was 6 and she runs into a gorgeous man... could it be love
The time has come, it has finally arrived! summer, I have been waiting so long for this vacation and it is finely here.
As I wake up from my dream that I can't remember like always I rub my eyes. A smile that was so big it could scare a child comes onto my face remembering that our family is going on vacation to An island off of Hawaii today. "Elisabeth!" "Elisabeth! Get up we are leaving in an hour to go to the airport! Get down for breakfast! Now" my mom yells stressed up the stairs. "I'm up" I yell back as I roll out of my bed. I look down and see clothes everywhere because I just remembered I crashed after I got home late and forgot to finish packing my suitcase! I quickly drop down onto the floor and start packing rapidly not even noticing what I am throwing in and hoping for the best.
*15 minutes later*

After I get dressed I carry my suitcase down the stairs and leave it at the end of the stairs with the rest of them and I walk into the kitchen and see everyone eating quickly. I don't feel that hungry so I am going to go over to my friends Archie's house to say goodbye for the next 2 months. "I am going over to Archie's for about five minutes I will be back in a few." I say making sure they knew where I was going "ok hunny just be quick" my dad says. I love my dad he is the most kind hearted person I know. I walk out the door and go next door to Archie's. I knock on the door and in around ten seconds Archie opens the door. "Her Betts I thought you went already" "and leave without saying goodbye, who do you think I am" I say acting offended but laugh a few seconds after. We both laugh and hug. "So how long are you going for again?" He asks while we sit on the coach in his living room. "Two moths" I reply. "That's the whole summer though" he says how serious but also happy for me considering I have never been on holidays before. "Her it's not the whole summer because summer break lasts three months so we can hang out the day I get back" I say tying to lighten the mood. He starts to smile "definitely". Then I start to smile but look at the time and realize I have to leave in ten minutes. "Crap, I got to go now, but I will see you in two months bye" I say while getting up and giving him a tight hug. "Bye Betts see you when you get back" and then I left to go.
*45 minutes later*
We just got thought security and it was terrifying because I didn't want to look nervous and make it seem like I have something to hide but I didn't want to seem to chill. Anyway we are looking for our gate which is 46 and we are at 38 at the moment so we have about a minute or two until we get there. Our plane borders in ten minutes so we have plenty of time. As we find out gate we take a seat but it's not long before we start to board the plane. As we get on I can't hold my excitement in and I feel like jumping up and down like a little kid but I don't and instead I just smile like a freak. I am smiling so much my thank you came out all weird so that was embarrassing. I take my seat at the window and look out side like a little kid. My sister Polly Kicks me "stop acting so weird" she laughs which makes me even more excited.
*5 hours later*
We are finally here and the plane ride went more smoothly then I thought, I actually really enjoyed flying and I can't wait to do it again on the way back. But for now I want to explore the island but first we have to go to our house.
