Yoongi went straight to Jimin's room straight after to go check up on him. He was still mad of course he was, but he wanted to make sure he was okay. Jimin's father also mentioned how upset he was. So it was worth the check.

He came to the door and rose a brow to Taehyung who is outside and fiddling with his fingers. "Is he in his room?" He asked.

Taehyung looked up and bit his lip.
"Oh uh yeah he's just...he needed some time to himself." He said.

Yoongi nodded before he signaled for him to go away. Taehyung got the picture and got up leaving Yoongi alone. Yoongi turned to the door and he bit his lip before he grabbed the handle. It was locked.

Of course.

He bit his lip and knew he had to not be mad. This was causing issues was him being mad and Jimin just growing stubborn. He needed to communicate to him without causing any issues. He took a deep breath before he closed his eyes.

Jimin...

Can we talk

There was silence for a few seconds. Yoongi frowned as he looked up to the door and thinks for a moment. He hoped he was okay and just being petty. He was about to try again before he heard some shuffling and within a few seconds, the door swings open revealing Jimin who isn't even looking up. His head is down and just based on a small glance, he was obviously crying. Yoongi rose a brow at him. "Jimin?"

Jimin didn't say anything but instead turned away before he shuffled back to his bed. Yoongi followed in silently and stared at him for a second, "Jimin..."

Jimin quickly cut him off. "Be honest with me. You hate it, you hate that you have to be forced to bond with this disgrace that is me. Don't tell me a lie and just tell me, you were disappointed to find out that I was supposed to be your mate." He said, making Yoongi frown and tilt his head. The alpha hummed before he moved over and stood in front of Jimin.

"You think...I don't enjoy this because of you?" He asked.

Jimin bit his lip and shrugged simply causing Yoongi to sit next to him. He sat facing forward as he folded his hands and rested them on his lap. He stays like that for a while as Jimin occasionally shifts almost being uncomfortable. Yoongi finally spoke after a while, just enough time for him to process his thoughts.

"I want you to remember something, I understand you don't want to be forced to bond with someone, but remember, I also didn't want this. My father wasn't having that though, your father as an alpha may seem kind, but I think because you have become blind and had so many hardships, he's learned not to lose it with you. My father doesn't care.  He will put me in my place and trust me... if you think I'm intense, just think where I got it from..." He said.

Jimin is silent, mainly because he's shocked. He bites his lip before he lets out a sigh. "Sometimes I think whatever I do, or however I do something, my father will never be happy for me or proud. He always has to listen to other alphas praise their alpha boys about being such strong alphas, then there's me, his blind, omega son." He said softly before he licked his chapped lips. "I guess we both struggle with our father's then..." 

Yoongi nods silently as he stared blankly at the door. "This is why I want us to work together. Not only because of our father's approval but because this could save the packs. Especially with the stragglers like the one who almost got you." He said. He turned to the blind boy before he gently and hesitantly wrapped his arm around his shoulder before he made him lay his head on his shoulder. "Despite you almost killing yourself...I have to say, you did amazing running without knowing where you were going."

Jimin sits there in shock as he feels his head rest against Yoongi's shoulder. He felt safe. He shrugs simply before he hesitantly scoots closer. "I can do a hell of a lot more things that you think I can do Min Yoongi..." He said with a hum. "You also promised to not call me runt anymore."

Yoongi actually let out a soft huff that resembled a laugh. "I did call you that didn't I?" He asked with a sigh. "I will promise to try and remember to not call you that. However, it suits you." He said, and Jimin could practically feel the playful smirk on his face.

Jimin sat up straight and attempted to look his way. "You're basically the same height as me...if anything a little shorter." He said.

Yoongi rolled his eyes as he lightly nudged him. "You already mentioned this to me when we first met."

Jimin smiled softly at that. "Am I right though?" He asked. "I grew curious ever since I made that assumption." 

The alpha tilted his head before he stood up and made Jimin stand up as well. Before the omega could ask what he was doing Yoongi brought him closer and Jimin could feel Yoongi's breathing on his face. It was tensely quiet for a while before Yoongi hummed. "Well...would you look at that...looks like you're the one who is two inches shorter than me."

Jimin's face turned red. "You're lying." He said.

Yoongi rose a brow before he brought Jimin's head right against his. The omega thought at this point he couldn't blush anymore. However, Yoongi was right. His forehead was right at his nose. He huffed and backed away. "Shut up..."

Yoongi chuckled before he looked to the doorway when a knock came to the door. The alpha rose a brow and walked over, he rose a brow seeing the beta from earlier. The boy, who was much taller than him bit his lip and gave a bow. "Alpha...sorry to disrupt...your fathers requested you guys have more training done." He said. "They told me to come tell you that you should go meet them in the grand dining hall." He said.

Jimin spoke up. "Thank you Tae..." He said with a warm smile.

Taehyung hummed and nodded with his own smile before he hurried off. Yoongi watched him before he turned to Jimin, "So Taehyung is a good friend of yours huh?" He asked.

Jimin smiled before he nodded. "He's been my only friend since I can remember. He's a beta male so not a lot of people understand him." He said. "We can relate on a lot of things."

Yoongi nodded as he understood, betas were usually seen as less even towards omegas. They weren't necessarily as strong as an alpha would be and it was risky that they could carry on children. Male betas and male omegas are about the same on the hierarchy list. Males are usually seen as the better when they are alphas as that was just how society was. 

Yoongi then let out a sigh. "Alright ru- I mean, Jimin...let's go...we got more training to do." He said as he walked over and guided Jimin to the door. 

Jimin nodded as he left the room with Yoongi, he just couldn't help but feel conflicted with his feelings for Yoongi. He didn't know what to believe, but he kind of enjoyed this feeling.
