Cassandra held my hands as she slept peacefully. Her touch sent shivers down my spine.

William!!! This is your best friend for crying out loud!!!!

I wanted to spend my remaining time with her. I caressed her hair slowly, as I still admired her beauty. I didn't realize I had spent over an hour with her.

Cassandra's POV
William had the best hands. His caress made me feel sleepy. I couldn't deny, I loved his presence with me. William was just.....

Cassandra sleep!!!!!!!!!

I adjusted my self on the bed, finally deciding to sleep.
           ----------------
Cassandra woke up really late. She could hear her parents voices as well as that of her sister.

Dinner!!! And I wasn't called!!!

Cassandra quickly jumped out of the bed, and hurried downstairs.
"Dad, Mum, why did you guys not wake me up??" She grunted.
"Sweetie, you were sleeping so peacefully, I didn't want to disturb you." Mrs Cullen explained, smiling.
Cassandra rolled her eyes and sat down. Dinner was roasted chicken and mashed potatoes, one of her favorites.
                ------------
Before dinner.......
"May I speak to you Kendra?" William asked. Kendra rolled her eyes.
"What now? You want to spill milk on my body this time??" She asked, anger in her tone. William gave her a smirk.
"Well, I know I've not apologized since that day that I intentionally poured my food on you. Well, am really sorry." William apologized. Kendra rubbed her hands.
"Well, am not angry at you any more. Just because you are my sister's best friend. Why do you think I didn't revenge since then? Just because I respect Cassandra a bit. So... You are forgiven." She said happily as she came to hug William.
"well, let me get going. See you at school." He gave her his signature smirk as he walked out of the house.

William's POV
There was a knock on the door. I grudgingly stood up from the sofa and walked towards the door. Who could be here by this time???
"Who's there?" I asked.
Mum, Dad and my siblings were not back from a concert they went for.
I reached the door and held the knob.
"Who??" I asked again.
"It's Gila!!!" She replied me.
I opened the door immediately. Gila was standing there, crying, with blood stains on her body.
"Gila!!!!!" I shouted.

What am I going to do now???

Gila fell into my arms immediately. I could see that her breathing was reducing.
"What happened???" I asked.
"Don't take me to the hospital." She replied slowly, and passed out.

Call Cassandra!!!! Call Cassandra!!!

Yes.... Cassandra was the best when it comes to hospital work. I quickly carried Gila to the dining room and called Cassandra.
               -----------
Cassandra knocked on the door and came inside immediately. She came into the dining room.
"You haven't even cleaned the wounds????" She asked nervously.
I shook my head. She sighed as she dropped her bag.

Damn.... She's so pretty on her joggers and crop top.

I think am going mad!!!!!
Cassandra quickly lay Gila down on the ground as she began to clean up the wounds. Gila was still breathing.

Thank God!!!

I think Cassandra didn't have time to pack her hair. I could see how she struggled to hold her hair while she cleaned Gila's wounds.
"Hey." I called out.
She looked at me and pouted. "William, what happened?" She asked me. She continued what she was doing.
"Uhm..." I began. I scratched my neck nervously. "I think your hair is disturbing you." I said as I stood up. I walked up to her, and bent down. Slowly and steadily, I helped her pack her hair to one side.

I saw her hands shake, and her face turn pink. Does she like me???? She slowly continued what she was doing, without even trying to release her hair from my grip. I didn't either. I held her hair, until she was done cleaning up the wounds.

We both stood up and I released her hair.
"Thanks." She whispered softly.
I smirked. "It was nothing. Thanks to you for helping my girl friend." I replied her, avoiding her eyes. We stood for some seconds before she turned to Gila.
"What happened to her??" She asked. I shake my head. "I have no idea. But I really want to see my girl friend back to her self again." Cassandra turned to face me, as she held my cold hands with hers.

Gosh.... I may blow up right now!!!!!!

Cassandra looked into my eyes. What did I see in hers??? Jealousy, envy?? I couldn't even read her eyes.
" It's going to be fine." She said reassuringly. She stood on her toes and gave me a peck. I held her waist, refusing her to leave my arms. I could feel her fragile body against mine, and it set my mind on fire.

Will.... She's your best friend for crying out loud!!!!!!

I didn't care. Her eyes were still glued to mine. I began to lean in. Slowly.
