be my date?

park chanyeol and byun baekhyun are on a hunt.

they have this project of asking strangers to call their crush and confess their feelings, three people were down to do it— them being two girls and one guy. chanyeol isn't expecting for people to agree this easily, and it's only been forty seven minutes. and they already did three people. that's beyond his expectations because if he were those strangers and have two random guys asking him to call his crush and confess, he wouldn't have done it. it just reminds him of how different people is.

"okay, who else?" baekhyun lets out an exhale, his signature rectangle smile making its way on his face as he put the camera down after checking the video.

chanyeol hums, looking around in search of other people. and there, standing on the sidewalk while leaning towards a wall, is a male. he's alone and he looks nice. he's someone whom chanyeol feels like he's kind enough to accept their crazy request. "what about that guy? the one leaning on the wall?" the taller subtly points at the guy so that he won't notice. it's widely known that it is rude to point.

baekhyun follow his gaze and he lets his eyes stay on the figure for a good three second before nodding, "aight. let's go." he nudge the taller slightly and both of them make their way towards the stranger with black hair.

once they're close enough, the two men send the stranger a grin before greeting him. "hey there." baekhyun started, catching the guy's attention. now that he's standing near them, chanyeol can see his face features more clearly. and to say he forgot how to breathe is an understatement. the guy is really attractive. "i'm baekhyun, this giant here is chanyeol." the smaller pointed at himself and the younger, still wearing his grin. the stranger bows a little at the sudden introduction, it probably being a habit and chanyeol admires it. chanyeol admires him. "i know this is weird and out of the blue but we have this project where we ask strangers to call their crush and tell their feelings and we're wondering if you want to do it?" baekhyun hurriedly raise his palms in the air, "no pressure though. you can say no."

chanyeol can only watch as the stranger lightly bite his lower lip, the taller's eyes going down to his bitten lips before he even knows what he's doing. baekhyun doesn't seem to notice his giant friend's silence, probably too nervous on what this guy's answer is. even though they already asked more than three people, it still make him anxious. especially the wait. the stranger, after seconds of deep thought, finally meet baekhyun's gaze and nod with a smile. and gosh, is that a dimple?

"sure. i think i'll do it." even his voice makes chanyeol feel jittery inside. curse his hormones for that (and the guy for looking ridiculously good).

"that's great! thank you!" baekhyun clap his hands in excitement, a grin returning to his face. they can see the huge relief on his face and chanyeol would've done the same if he wasn't really into staring at the stranger.

"should i use my phone or?" the stranger raises his left brow in questioning.

"you can use yours." baekhyun, again, is the one who spoke.

the stranger takes a deep breath before tapping his crush's contact (and now chanyeol just realize this handsome stranger has a crush and he somehow feels ill). he hold his phone near his lips as he wait for the person to pick up their phone, face almost void of any emotions and chanyeol can't help but stare at his face. how come one can look that good?

as he wait for the person to answer the call, chanyeol being the sly guy he is, takes the time to study the other's face. he is undoubtedly handsome, has a dimple, lips that chanyeol would love to taste, pale neck exposed because of his damn tank top, and toned arms. like, really toned. chanyeol himself has a built body too, so he's no stranger to the sight. but still. even though the stranger is shorter than him, his body and face make up for his height.
