Katherine stopped with the emails, and I went back to listening to my music. By the time I went to bed, the sun started to come up. Kyo got up and said, “Did the princess get any sleep last night?”
“Shut up. No I didn’t get any sleep last night, so let me sleep now. Pass that message on to Ryoma also.”
“Alright, good night then princess.”
Kyo kissed my head and I went back to sleep, hoping the guys would let me rest in peace. I was so happy to listen to my music, so being really tired right now is so worth it. I didn’t care about how tired I was, or if the guys would wake me up. All I cared about right now was my music. It put me at ease and let me be a happier person.
When I woke up, the guys were gone. I thought they went hunting, but I left to go to the hot spring. Once I got out and went back, the guys still weren’t back. I decided to go look for them because I was bored and had nothing else better to do. I thought it would be fun to use my animal powers, considering I haven’t used them lately.
I let my ears and tail out and was leaping and running so gracefully. It was nice to finally feel my fur again.
I wasn’t able to find the guys after a while, but I kept looking. I finally ended up in the star spot, and I saw the guys with their animal forms out too. I always did like the tattoo Kyo got when he ate that one fruit. It was so interesting, unlike Ryoma’s and mine.
“Guys, where have you been?”
The guys were silent, only staring at me.
“Um, is something wrong?”
“Sakura, we think it’s time for you to choose.”
“Wait, what are you saying?”
“Look Sakura, we’ve been waiting too long. It’s been months and you still haven’t chosen someone. It’s time.”
“But, I still don’t know. You can’t rush me.”
“I’m sorry, but it’s come to where we have to force you to tell us. We are not leaving this spot until you tell us who you choose.”
“But… I don’t…”
I ran away in the opposite direction, starting to panic. I couldn’t choose between them. If I chose one, the other one would be heart broken. Now that I think about it, that reminded me of a song that Katherine and I really like. HEART BROKEN!!! WITHOUT YOUR LOVE!!!! HEART BROKEN!!!! I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY!!!!! I’VE NEVER FELT THIS WAY!
Anyways, I looked behind me and saw Kyo coming after me, and then I saw Ryoma above him. I felt like I was cornered because I knew I was going to reach a dead end eventually.
