Ryoma seemed down for a long time, and it felt weird. Kyo was his usual self, but even happier, but Ryoma seemed to be the exact opposite of his usual self. I guess it was because I chose Kyo over him, but he said he was fine with it, but maybe he was lying. I guess he was or else he wouldn’t seem so depressed. I tried not to do anything romantic with Kyo now, even if we were alone. I just wanted Ryoma to go back to his normal self, but happier just like Kyo.
One night, as we were eating, I got tired. I guess I fell asleep, because when I woke up, I was on the cruise with my family. What sucked was that it was the night the invaders snuck on the boat. I ran to the side of the ship where they snuck onto the boat, tackled one of the pirates, took their sword, and started to fight. I was doing pretty well, but then I tripped. I didn’t land on the ground, but the leader of the crew caught me and held a knife to my neck. It was weird because he was talking like a pirate. I swear I wanted to laugh so hard when he talked, but I didn’t because I didn’t want my throat to get sliced.
“Ay, this pretty little lady will be the first hostage. Tell me girly, where is your family.”
“Why should I tell you?”
“Because I can kill you first, or I can spare you ‘till later. Your choice.”
I thought about it, and then told them, “They’re in room 42… the answer to life.” I know that it was selfish to give my family up just to live a little bit longer, but this is all just a dream, so maybe a miracle can happen. By the way, 42 really is the answer to life. Look it up. Plus, I didn't want to kill another random person or family.
“Alright boys, go to room 42 first, then search the rest of this ship.”
“Yes captain!”
His crew left to search the other rooms, but I was still trapped.
“So young lady, do you know your own beauty?”
“I don’t care about that. I’m happy without it.”
“Well, just be careful. Your beauty may get you into plenty of trouble. How ‘bout I set you an example.”
“Wait, what do you mean?”
“I mean, I’ll free you and your family if you give me a little show.”
“Um, I’m good.”
“C’mon pretty lady. You’ll die if you don’t.”
“Well, then it’s time for my Titanic scene. See ya!”
I kicked him, got up, ran to the side of the ship, and jumped off the side of the boat like in the movie Titanic. Once I reached the water, I woke up with my head on Kyo’s lap.
