Change of Plans
Everyone loves to dance. It's great and fun to do but my bones started to crack against each other and hurt like crazy. I had to terminate Hazel's personal show. I wasn't the perfect dancer on earth. I had to sit my butt down before ending up in a coma. I wanted to show off and burn her stomach with waves of laughter but my body was too old to flow like Chris Brown.
I was hungry too.
I needed real food in my mouth this time.
Piece of advice, if you're eating with your man and he doesn't even try to put food in your mouth. He doesn't have any type of affection inside. He probably cares about you deep down but he doesn't know how to prove his warm affection towards you. That's a big issue. Nowadays, husbands don't care about their wives like they used to.
Some of them.
This generation is different.
I remember back in the good old days, gentlemen used to open doors for their women, bring flowers to their wives on their way back home, make love to them every night like it was the end of the world. Now, men are trying to skip dinner to watch a live soccer or basketball game.
Women!
Women don't cook for us anymore. My beautiful women used to be different. They used to cook, do laundry, give us affection. Some of them used to open doors for their husbands.
Where are all these kinds of women? Where?"Wow?" Her teeth melted the food in her mouth as it flew down her throat."You made this?"
"No," I stated. "The birds did," I said, sarcastically as a smile played on her face, silently. "I'm glad you're enjoying it though. I did it with love."
"I can taste your love in it." She thanked me. "You're really talented. I'm jealous." Her words splashed in my mind, positively. "You really need to teach me how to be a better cook."
"I can teach you a lot of things." I bit my upper lip as my eyes examined her body, not missing a single detail. "Come sit on my lap. I'll make sure my electric penis is professionally sharpened." I balanced the truth with a silly joke.
I was serious. I wanted to hunt her down and cook her alive.
It wasn't easy to be alone with a Goddess and refuse to send her to Heaven. How is this possible that someone could be so gorgeous? Hazel had the last ink of deep beauty in her blood. No poison could kill my feelings for Hazel. No rain could wash away my good intentions towards her. No females could make me feel better or take her place. No medicine could heal my fear of losing her. No rings could be strong enough to show our alliance.
She was one of a kind.
Hazel, please don't break my heart. I don't want our memories to fade away. I don't want your voice to contaminate my soul with loneliness. I don't want your heart to poison mine with hatred. I don't have to give God an excuse for losing his angel.
I want to be your fire when it's cold. The pillow that you hold against your soft face so tight at night.
Don't hurt me, Hazel, I beg of you.
I'm letting you in. I don't want to regret anything or lose something good anymore. I want to be all in.
"Hazel?" I broke the silence. "Come here." She made her way to me and sat on my lap. "I need to talk to you." She flew her perfect fingers through my hair as she agreed to listen to me, attentively.
"I'm here, babe."
"I want to start by saying that you are an amazing girlfriend. Today might be our first date but I feel like when I'm with you, dates, hours, minutes, seconds aren't enough for me. I'm the type to let things destroy my dark soul inside. I'm the type to run away from situations like this. Relationships. I dated a few girls but I never gave them a chance to really get to know the real me. It was all about meaningless sex. Except you. There's something about you, Hazzle. I just can't control myself anymore whenever you get close to me. I feel like butterflies are having kids under my skin, purposely." I paused and tried to collect my words altogether. "I have a terrible past. Dark secrets. Things I'm not ready to share with anyone. I'm letting you in and I want you to know that you can count on me. I give my heart to you, Hazel Brown. Please take good care of it. I have nothing left inside. Just trying to collect all the pieces so I can love again."
