It was Sunday but Manik woke up early. After getting ready he moved downstairs and saw his mother working in the kitchen. He went towards her and hugged her from the back.
"Waah! Sunday hai aaj aur tu itni jaldi uth gaya aur toh aur ready bhi ho gaya. Not bad. Kiski sangaat ka asar ho raha hai?" Nyonika asked teasingly making him sigh in disbelief but did not break the hug.
"Hat manik mujhe kaam karne de jaa tu jake sabko utha and ask them to come down for breakfast." Nyonika spoke to which manik kissed her cheeks and went to call everyone.
After half an hour everyone was present on the breakfast table. Nyonika too sat after serving everyone and had their breakfast. After breakfast, everyone was sitting in the living room when Manik spoke taking everyone's attention.
"Daadu"
"Haa Manik bol"
"Woh actually humara ek common friend hai Nick uski shaddi hai Bora Bora mein. So we all will be going." he said.
"Haa toh jaao saare! Waise Jana kab hai?" Daadu asked.
"Two weeks baad. One week ka trip hai." as soon as Manik said this, Nyonika shouted.
"What? Are you mad Manik? 2 mahine mein teri shaddi hai. Tujhe yaad haina?! Kitna kaam baki hai infact kuch start hi nhi hua hai. Kahi nahi jaa rahe ho tumlog. Samjhe"
"Lekin Mom.." Manik started but was cut off.
"Koi mom nahi I am not going to listen kuch bhi. Get this thing in your mind that you people are not going anywhere."
"Oh God! Mom toh humare jaane pe hi itna bhadak gayi hai. Nandini ke baare mein baat kaise laau mein. Hey Bhagwaan Bacha lena." Manik thought after seeing nyonika's reaction.
"Mom relax! Sab ho jayega. Humare pass one month rahega phir bhi. Please mom we can't say no to him. The Jonas brothers are very close friends of ours. Socho aap, Nick will feel so bad if we ditch him on his marriage day." This time Cabir spoke putting his point of view.
"Haa Nyonika tu kamakha tension le rahi hai. Sab time pe and achche se ho jayega." Daadu spoke in favour of them.
"Thik hai. Aaplog itna keh rahe ho toh. But still jaane se pehle kuch kaam hai jo karke jaana hai tumlog ko."
"Sure! Mother India."
"Mom!"
"Ab kya Manik permission mil gayi na!"
"Ek aur baat karni hai." he said hesitately.
"Aur kya baat hai?"
"Woh I was thinking to take Nandini with us!" Manik said and closed his eyes getting ready for her wrath.
