Bullying is always been an issues since this last 10 years especially in Indonesia, almost everyone have an experience with bullying, maybe as a victim, a witness, or even a player.
There is a lot of reason why people do bullying to his school mates but bullying will never be right and not acceptable, from because the bully didn't like the person because the victim is better than the bully academically or on some certain talents, or even because the victim not socially active and introvert person and the bully considered this as a weakness and a chance to bully a person.
Bullying should end rightaway but people only look at this as a threat when it's already happen to some people, it is already time for us to really do something about this genocide issues, bully usually act as a group or a gank, but we should act as an open-community for them (the victim) and a threat for the bully.
Personally, I was a bully when im in junior high school but people talk back to me when i moved out, I never do such thing since then because I realize there is no profit doing that.
