I was an accident. Almost like a miracle. I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. My parents where just about to divorce but, they decided to stay together until I was old enough to fend for myself. When I was 10 her mother told dad to go find a job. Mom was working long hours and Dad just sat on the couch ALL day. Before he slammed the door shut he said "Fine! You want me to get a job!!! I'll leave!!!" We never heard a word from him after.
When I was little I used to go to my grandma and grandpa's house. I would always play in the forest behind their house. One day when I was playing with my dolls, Luna came and sat with me. She was my cat. She was my only play mate for a long time. Until one very sad day in my childhood. She died. The next day, I came back and laid food and water over her grave. When I went back home daddy was gone and mommy was asleep on the couch. I woke her gently and said "Where's dad?" "Probably at work...". She went right back to sleep. A lot of days were like this. Sadly, I couldn't do any thing about it when I was 6.
