*chapter three-Worst day*

I was starting to wonder if Bryan was just being nice or if he wanted to know me a little more that day. I know i just seem to be thinking about Bryan all the time but its all i can think about right now.Its been days since we last talked. I stood near the libray door waiting for Matthew to come. He was the one who text me and told me that hell be at the libray waiting for me but here i am standing here waiting for him.The halls were clearing now because seventh period bell had rung. I heard the door to the stairs get pushed open Matthew was holding a dorito bag with a water bottle. "Sorry Lexi" he said walking over to me. I rolled my eyes opening the library door.

I sat at a computer placing my bookbag on the floor beside my chair."Coach Reynolds was talking to us boys about the upcoming game" Matthew said opening his water bottle.He was wearing his jeresy with basketball shirts.His brown hair stuck to his forehead."Its okay..." i said opening up a document."My bookbags so heavy - did you get the social studies textbook today?" he said. "No yesterday" i said.Matthew turned the computer screen on. Ive known Matthew since the fifth grade. I never knew how we became close friends but we have alot in common.Now that were in highschool Matthew has been spending more time playing basketball. If hes not practicing sometimes hes either playing basketball with Kyle and Charlie.

Matthew slaps my back."Ow Matthew!" i yell."Sorry Lexi im really sorry" he said rubbing my back."Why did you do that?" i said. "I forgot that you were a girl i-i mean not on my basketball team" he said rubbing his face. "Whatever Matt i have to go anyyways" i said standing up."Alexis i didnt mean to hurt you" he said.He stood up. I put my arm out to stop him from touching me."Its not that Matthew" i said."What Lexi?" he said. I was going through to much emotions right now.I was thinking about Bryan and Matthew was finding new opportunites."Ill talk to you tommorrow" i said."Lexi i cant be here tommorrow i have to practice" Matthew said."Right i tottally forgot you have to play basketball with the boys" i said. I grabbed my bookbag. Matthew sighned."Bye" i said walking out of the library tears formed in my eyes.
