I feel miserable, I don't know what to do anymore with my life. I lost both of my parents in a car accident and only had my older sister and now she left me too, two years ago...... and now I had to celebrate my birthday alone... and first day of college starts tomorrow. Isn't my life great?

                FLASHBACK  TO 14 years AGO

IU: Y/N!!! Come here!!
Y/n: Is everything ok Eonnie ?
IU: I just got a call from the hospital..
Y/n: ok....? What happened ?!
IU: Eomma and Appa got into a major car accident and Appa just p-p-passed away on the way to the hospital and E-Eo-Eomma hasn't waken so we have to go to the hospital
Y/n: BWO?!?! ( what?!)

                              - at the hospital -
Doctor: Who are you looking for ?
IU: Lee Y/M/N  and Lee Y/F/N
Doctor: ok, relatives ?
Y/n: we are their daughters, please take us to them!!
Doctor: ok, I will take you guys to your father first, I am sorry but he didn't make it.
Y/n / IU: *crying*
IU: A-Appa why d-did you have to l-le-leave us????
Y/n: Please don't leave us!! Please APPAAA
Doctor: I am sorry, but we have to take him to the autopsy. I will take you to your mother now.
                              * system beeps*
IU: E-Eomma we just got here, you can't leave us already !!
Y/n: E-Eomma d-don't think of leaving, please don't leave us, why!!!
IU: Why did you and Appa have to leave us?!?!
Y/n: E-eo-eonnie we only have each other now... *breaks down*
IU: shhh * while crying* I will protect you, don't worry. I won't ever leave you so don't leave me... I can't stay here any longer let's go.
Y/n: I hope so, l-let's go....

            FLASHBACK TO 2 YEARS AGO

                                    Y/N's POV

I was getting out of school waiting for IU Eonnie to pick me up. I thought something was odd because she's never late, not even 1 minute. I just decided to wait for a little and see. But then I get a call from the hospital and I am hoping that it's not bad..... I know it has something to do with Eonnie because she's my only family member.... I'm just thinking, why is it me that is still alive ??

*on phone*
Y/n: H-hello
Doctor: is this Lee Y/n?
Y/n: Umm... n-nae ( yes)?
Doctor: Are you IU's sister?
Y/n: Nae waeyo?? ( yes why)
Doctor: I'm sorry to say but your sister has been found dead outside the grocery store and she's here at the hospital right now, I will give you more information if you come to xxxxxx hospital.
Y/n: ok, I'll be there !!

                                    * At the hospital*
Y/n: Where is my sister!?!?? * crying* WHERE IS LEE JI EUN?! WHERE IS IU???
Doctor: Excuse me..... are you y/n?
Y/n: YES NOW LET ME SEE MY SISTER
Doctor: I'm sorry, please calm down. Follow me.
Y/n: E-eo-Eonnie y-you said you will never leave me!!! Why did you leave me ??!!? WHYYYYY w-why did you!!
Doctor: It seems like she died due to brain cancer.... and I guess she never told you, we told her that if she doesn't continue getting treatment, it can get worse and she could die.
Y/n: BWOOO AND YOU DIDNT TELL ME?!!! EONNIE WAEEEEE ! WAE * falls crying on the floor*.

* Alarm clock rings*
Y/n: Ughhh ok shut up!!!  Being alone is just great...... time for college day today.. hmmm, what to wear..?
