Background: Otto at an early age showed spectacular chances of becoming a successful player in society through his amazing grades. Sadly, At the age of 13 Otto's mother filed a divorce with his father for unknown reasons. Otto continued high school but his grades and dropped a considerable percentage. Once Otto was legible to join the military he did. As soon as Otto turned 18 and graduated high school he joined the Bundeswehr. Otto's skills in marksmanship were quite remarkable but, more so were his skills in hand-to-hand combat. Things would start to go down hill after Otto got a notice that his mother was raped and murdered near a refugee camp when he was 21. After seeking a small amount of help Otto got another note when he was 29 notifying him of his fathers death due to his illness. Otto attempted suicide numerous times and quit the Bundeswehr. It is unknown to the day what he did after joining the White Masks.
