"Ughhh", Christina moaned quietly. Discrete math was so boring. The best part of it was staring at her crush, Evan Anderson. He was so cute. Christina loved the way the sun ran through his smooth brownish blonde hair. They were one of the smartest people on school. "Christina, tell me, what is sixty four squared?" Miss Bell asked. Christina knew this by heart. "4096", Christina replied. "Very well then, here is your homework." Miss Bell announced. "Also remember that the SweetHeart dance is only two weeks away, so get your tickets!" Christina blushed. She didn't have a date. It was boys ask girls and she was hoping Evan would ask her. The bell rang. Christina grabbed her stuff and headed to the locker room.

Evan's POV:

Evan thought about what Miss Bell said. Luckily for him, he was going to ask his girlfriend, Claire, after school. Evan shut his locker and ran to the cafeteria. "Tacos!!!", Evan thought. Tacos were Evan's favorite. He grabbed a tray and slid into the lunch line. Unlike Christina, Evan was popular. Evan set his tray down in front of Claire. He chatted with his friends about the plays for their football game against Northeast High. Soon, Evan was done. He picked up his lunch tray. Claire got up, too. They walked to the garbage together. "Meet me in the Commons after school." Evan whispered in her ear. Claire kissed him on the lips quickly and left. Evan ran the other war, heading to AP French IIII.

Christina's POV:

"Did you just see that?" Christina asked in surprise. She had just seen Evan kiss Claire goodbye. She was so jealous. 'Yeah, so?" Christina's best friend , Adelaide, asked. Christina blushed. Suddenly the bell rang. Everyone got up. Christina threw away her plate and walked to AP French IIII.

Evan's POV:

The last bell rang. Evan picked up his stuff and ran to the commons to meet Claire. It was a long trip because the Sophmore Commons were on the other side of the AP hall. Evan saw all his classmates running to the bus. he saw Christina and waved she waved back. Soon, he reached the commons.

Evan felt his pocket to make sure the dance tickets were still there. He felt the hard paper between his fingers. He walked into the commons and abruptly halted. He gasped. There he saw Claire. With his best friend, Troy?

Author's note:

So this was a short chapter and I left it as a cliffhanger for everyone to guess. It's actually pretty obvious. If you have the answer, feel free to leave it in the comments section. If you have some suggestions, leave it in the comments section. -Äqüaæmårįñę
