Julie Chen: Welcome back everyone! This summer is going to be one of the greatest summers for each and everyone of you...because....you might just be living in a house with your role model for the next three months....

Julie Chen: Welcome back to Big Brother! This year has to be a great twist....and it is! This year...after you step into this house you will compete in a competition newly known as the coach competition where there will be four winners, two from each legends group . A little while after the competition, the four winners will then choose three other players on there team also in the same legends group, head into the house, get your gear on, and head into the backyard!
Julie Chen: Welcome to the first competition! Before we begin, I will explain how this will work over the summer. Each week, whoever wins HOH will also earn safety for the rest of their team members! This coach competition is called "Pound Em' Up". In this competition you are standing two feet in the air on a 1 foot wide, 20 feet long platform. When you start you are to transfer all twenty of the ten pound dumbbells holding only two at a time. If you fall off your platform or drop a dumbbell, you are to bring all of the dumbbells back to the starting platform and restart. Once you get all dumbbells across, run back to platform 1 and ring your buzzer! First four on each legends team to do this wins advantage of team coach!
