Chapter 19

**Skye's POV**

I thought about going to New York, for like a road trip or something. But think about it, we're always every where with the guys now. So when we get home it's like heaven.

My best friend blew out the candles on her 19th birthday cake. "What'd you wish for?" I asked, being nosy. "It's a secrete" she smiled beside me, a real smile.

** 1 week later**

We stood outside the studio where Black Veil Brides were recording their new record. I grabbed a pack out of my back pocket and pulled out a cigarettes from the pack I was holding, grabbed my lighter and lit it up.

"Why?" Midnight asked from beside me. "I started while you were gone. All I felt- no feel is pain, so why not try and numb it. Or better, kill myself." I said shrugging. "Do the guys know?" She asked. "Only Andy." I said in a mono-tone. "Oh. Okay. please don't do it too much." she said in a pleading tone.

"Alright." I said as an idea popped in my head. I finished the last few drags I had left and threw my smoke away, than ran back inside the studio. I grabbed someone's keys, my phone and wallet than Midnights phone and wallet than ran back out with midnight turning around and running back down the stairs.

"What are we doing??" She asked, catching her breath. "Getting new piercings and tattoos. We're old enough. And it's my present to you." I said starting the car and backing out of the parking spot. "What?! No! They'll kill us!" She said panicking. "And you care since when?" I asked glancing over at her panicked expression. "I don't feel like dying by them!" she said keeping her eyes on me. "Stiff." I mumbled. "Ugh. Your so stubborn." She said, rolling her eyes.

I parked the car and got out, locking it as soon as Midnight got out. "Your crazy." she said, walking beside me. "Psh, what? I'm not crazy. Vic had me tested." I said, making Midnight laugh.

We walked into the shop and saw my grandpa, the owner of the tattoo and piercing shop. "Oh abuelo!" I said to my wonderful grandfather. "Hola Skye! ¿Qué tal?" He asked me. "I'm alright, sorry abuelo, not that good yet." I said laughing with my grandfather. "Haha, okay, what can I get you Skye and Midnight?" He asked, giving us both hugs. "A piercing and tattoo for Miss. Midnight." I said smirking.

"Alright, Midnight what do you want?" Abuelo asked Night. "Uh, an infinity sign, and I guess I'll get my eyebrow." She said unsure. I looked at her, than abuelo. "Do it." I said shrugging.

She sat in the chair to get her tattoo drawn, than actually tattooed. And than I watched her get her eyebrow get pierced. She looked in the mirror and smiled. "Thank you abuelo." She said hugging him.

I smiled as I sat in the chair "abuelo, can you get 'darling you'll be okay' on my wrist and than mami and pappis names on my hip?" I asked. I wanted my parents names on my body. "Yeah, sure sweet heart." He said smiling lightly, and grabbing the tools he needed.

*another hour after Night got her stuff done.*

"Abuelo it looks amazing!" I exclaimed looking at my amazing tattoos. "Piercing?" He asked. "Yeah, can I get my left nostril done?" I asked. I sat in the chair again and waited for him to pierce into my noes.

After it was done, I paid for the things with Vic's debit card. We got a discount since we're family. "Thank you abuelo so much. These look amazing." I said smiling after I pulled out Vic's card from the debit machine. I hugged him quickly than pulled out of the hug. "Go on kiddo. Go home before Vic kills you." He said kissing my cheek. "Thank you again abuelo." I said than walked out of the shop.

"Thank you Skye." Midnight said hugging me. "No problem, and happy birthday sweetie." I said hugging her back.

We went over to the car, I unlocked it and we got in. As soon as I started the car "Hold on Till May" came on. I opened the windows and turned it up really loud. "DARLING YOU'LL BE OKAY." Midnight and I yelled as Vic sung it through Ashely's car.

When we got back to the studio the guys were still there. I parked the car and we got out, running up stairs to see everyone.

As soon as we opened the door the guys ran at us. Vic came over and hugged me tightly saying "where were you? We were worried sick."

"We went and visited abuelo." I said as he pulled out the hug. "why..?" He asked. "Cause, I owed Midnight a birthday present." I said shrugging. "What the fuck?! Skye!! Did you do this behind our backs?!" Kellin yelled. "We're 19!! We don't need your permission!" I yelled back. I grabbed Night and ran down the stairs, and kept running.

We ran all the way back to our house and stopped at the front door. I grabbed my pack of cigarettes and lit one up. "I'm so done. Their always being ass holes." I said, ticked as fuck. Why do I even try anymore?

" I know. It's annoying." She said nodding her head. "No! It's not annoying it's fucking irritating. I'm always so pissed now cause that's all they ever do. After you left they always talked about you. And than they'd say how much better you were and me and Mike should mature. Andy always hung out with me. Jaime's been busy with his mom, which is okay. And Tony's always with Mike. Why do I fucking try anymore?!"

I put out my cigarette and went inside, midnight close behind. I went up stairs and slammed the bathroom door in our room shut, making sure to lock it.

"Skye, open up!!" Midnight yelled. I ignored her, grabbed one of my many blades and dragged it deeply across my wrist, making sure not to hit my new tattoo. I'm so done.
