I stood their shocked. I felt happy, confused, and furious! How did he think he could treat me like that yesterday get me some flowers and sing a song and think it would be all better.
" get up" I say coldly
"What I-"
" GET UP NOW" I said with authority he stands up obviously embarrassed
" we will talk about this later"
And with that I turn the attention over to Miss Weebly And we start rehearsal . I was absolutely humiliated. Rehearsal ended and I stormed out to the parking lot
"Wait" Reid shouted
I speed up
" Will you please just get in the car come on let's talk about this"
I turn around walk to his car open the door and slam it shut folding my arms. Reid gets in.
" aren't you going to start the car" I begin
" not until we talk" he says " what happened?"
"What happened" I say"What happened was yesterday I showed you how I felt and you humiliated me and broke my heart and you think you can just come in today and do this big gesture think it's all gonna be OK again? Why? Why? Am I just a pawn to get back at Jessica?"
"NO" he yells
"Then what am I? Do you even like me?"
"HOW Could you say that" he shouts
" well it just seems like-"
"I'M IN LOVE WITH YOU!" Their silence in the car
" god I'm in love with you chandler" he says quieter than the first time.
" then why would you go out with Jessica and all those of the girls? Why not just tell me how you feel? And why would you shoot me down?!"
I somewhat yelled. he replied heavily
" because I wanted to ask you out in a special way I've dreamed about this since I was like what five I just wanted to make it amazing for you, now that might've not been the right way-"
"YOU THINK?"
" ok,ok but what are we going to do here, I still love you and clearly you have feelings for me" he says clearly nervous
"It was a mistake for me to kiss you yesterday I think that we should just stay friends as to not make anything awkward" I say
" OK I can live with that" he says "just as long as you're not mad at me"
We both start laughing and then he puts the keys in and we drive home. He drops me off at my house and then pulls out of the driveway and heads home. I don't know what to think so I just got upstairs and go to bed.
