"Groian, I already told you, the money you'll make in the market will be useful. Trust me." Tinapik ni Scheler ang balikat ko.

Nilagok ko ang whiskey at napatingin sa malungkot na siyudad ng Vienna. I'm only here because I need to meet up with a few clients, but I certainly won't be staying here for long. Babalik ako kay Stefania... She has to know that I want her still...

I admit, I was so fucking mad and disappointed when she called off our engagement. She even denied me in front og the fucking television.

"It's nice to see you fucked up,"

"Gago ka, Scheler. Nasaan na ba ang babae mo at nang tigilan mo ako."

Nagseryoso ang gago at nag-iwas ng tingin. Umangat ang gilid ng labi ko.

"Sabihin mo sa akin kung may maitutulong pa ako sa Quarters habang narito pa ako." Pag-iiba niya ng usapan.

"I got this."

At a young age, I was taught that in order to reach my goals, I have to work hard and have great perseverance. Nadala ko iyon hanggang sa tumanda at nagkaroon ng sariling negosyo. But to get where I am now, surely did caused me a lot.

Lahat ng bagay, pinaghihirapan ko. Lahat ng gusto kong makamtan, pinaghihirapan ko at binubuhos ko ang dugo't pawis ko. Hindi man iyon makita ng iba dahil tingin nila'y hindi ko na kailangang magtrabaho dahil nariyan naman ang mga magulang ko. Mayaman na sila at ako, maaaring magpakasasa sa yaman nila.

My parents taught what I need to know about the world. They taught me a lot about other people as well and about our business.

My mother and father are known for their great excellence in their own field. My mother is an architect and my father is a renowned engineer to one of the biggest engineering company in the world. Mama however, has her own company and they soon decided to merge and make their own company, The Porta Vita Steel.

I love our company. I learned a lot from it even at a young age. I have decided then that I need to work hard as much as them so that I'll be able to contribute meaningfully to our company and to help my parents.

Tinuruan nila ako kung paano dapat maghirap para sa huli, sarap ang iyong matatamasa.

They taught me how to deal with insecurities, criticism and how to socialize well, that's why it's easy for me to blend in with people.

Isa rin sa mahalagang natutunan ko na kapag may gusto ako, kailangan kong gawin ang lahat para makuha ito. At unti-unti mas napagtitibay ko ang paniniwalang iyon.
