*KAI'S POV*

I still can't believe he invited my girlfriend to his party and didn't invite his own....That's stupid.

"Hey Kai Bear." I heard from behind me. I automatically knew it was Ariel from the nickname.

"Hey Little Mermaid."I replied. "What's up? Why the sad face?"

"Ah,just worried." She replied.

She looked really sad and I just wanted to give her a hug.

Tears started to pour from her eyes.

"What happend?" I asked worriedly.

"Me and Ji Yong broke up." She said and sat on the school floor crying.

"Oh I'm so sorry Ariel!" I said and sat in the floor next to her.

"I just wanna go home." She said.

"I was about to leave anyways so I can give you a ride if you want." I replied.

"Thanks." She said standing up.

We both signed out and left.

The car ride was quite and long.

"If you need anything just call me."I said as we got to her house.

"Thanks for being such a good friend."she said giving me a hug,getting out of the car and going in her house.

That word echoed through my head. "friend". I don't wanna be her "friend" I wanna be with her. But I'll have to give it time.

All of a sudden my phone went off snapping me out of my thoughts.

"NEW TEXT MESSAGE FROM KRISTA"

I opened my messages and read the message.

"Where the hell are you at?Your supposed to take me home today!Hurry and come pick me up and take me home!"

Ugh.

*ARIEL'S POV*

I lied on my bed and cried for what felt like days. I can't believe he broke up with me. He was my everything. I loved him. Or at least thought I did.

He treated me so awful though.

He cheated on me twice and we've been off and on for a year.

All of a sudden our home phone started to ring.

"Hello"

"Hey Ariel it's me."

"Oh hey mom"

"I won't be home tonight either,I gotta work here again"

"Oh okay"

"I got to go bye love you"

Then she hung up.

Great...she has had to work far away for the past week.

Guess I'm here alone for a while.

Ugh. I just need someone to hang out with!
