SHITTY SHITTY BANG CRASH
EXT. BOB'S ALLOTMENT -- DAY
The scene opens with a lot of hammering and sawing sounds coming from Bob's shed on the allotment.
Caroline, Johnny, Jenny, Suzie and Billy walk in to the allotment.
The children run off and play with all the junk lying around.
Tom, Ian and Dave walk in behind them.
Caoline walks over to the hut and starts thumping on the door.
TOM
I wonder why she brought us here.
DAVE
Something to do with Bob I expect.
TOM
I haven't seen Bob for a while.
IAN
Maybe he's in jail.
TOM
I don't think so. He took the exercise bikes and some furniture with him. I think he's up to something.
DAVE
They were Caroline's exercise bikes. Remember she threw them out when she got the electric one and we had to carry them up to the house?
TOM
Why would she want two exercise bikes?
DAVE
One for her and one for Bob. We all know she's a penny pinching gold digger. Maybe she was trying to make Bob a lot more presentable, to hide the fact that she was only with him for his money.
TOM
Maybe Caroline wanted Bob to start exercising again, and he took the bikes away to avoid the fact.
Caroline stops banging on the shed door and walks over to the lads.
CAROLINE
He's been in there for nearly 6 weeks. If he doesn't come out, he'll miss Christmas.
TOM
Is this the only reason why you called us?
DAVE
Yeah, you never call us, you hate us. We thought it was something really bad.
IAN
It is something really bad. If Bob doesn't come out, she won't get any money to buy Christmas presents.
CAROLINE
You're funny. I always said you were a bunch of clowns.
IAN
Well, I've been quite enjoying the last 6 weeks without Bob being around. So long as he's in there, we don't have to do anything.
DAVE
Yeah, we even went to college last week.
TOM
Why should we help you anyway? I still remember the summer holidays, when Bob got us to decorate your whole house.
CAROLINE
I never asked you to set foot in my house.
TOM
You ripped all the wallpaper off the walls. Wallpaper we spent weeks putting up. Bob never paid us a penny for all the weeks of hard work we did, and it was all your fault.
