INT.THE FRONT ROOM IN BOBS HOUSE
Tom, Dave and Ian are asleep in the front room of the house.
It is dark, but some light is shining through the holes in the curtains.
Ian is asleep on the couch, as is Tom.
Dave is sleeping on the floor next to some cans of beer.
Ian turns around and faces Toms arse.
Tom farts. Ian twitches and wakes up.
IAN
Cough cough. For the love of god.
TOM
Grumble. What's the matter?
IAN
You farted right into my face that's what's the matter.
TOM
What were you doing with your face in my arse in the first place?
IAN
Your arse is so big, it's in my face wherever I am in the room.
TOM
Fuck you. I'm off to the toilet.
Tom goes upstairs. Dave wakes up.
DAVE
What happened?
IAN
I dunno. I passed out after my 10th can.
DAVE
I wasn't even counting how many cans I had. Oh my head. I need a coffee.
IAN
Me too. Who's turn is it to make breakfast?
DAVE
I made breakfast last week.
IAN
Me too. It must be Tom's turn.
A loud farty sound is heard coming from upstairs.
DAVE
I really need to go to the toilet, but I'll let you go up next.
IAN
Er, no, you go. I'll go in the sink.
DAVE
No don't. He's already farted on you, I think you should go in next.
IAN
Ah, but that means you'll have the combined smell of Tom and me when you go in.
DAVE
I could use the same scenario against you.
IAN
My my, we are in a predicament aren't we?
DAVE
Can you hold your breath?
IAN
Even better. I'll put a plastic bag over my head.
DAVE
You'll suffocate.
IAN
I'll suffocate if I go in there without a plastic bag.
