(Tina P.O.V)
Tina lay on her back, looking up at the dark ceiling, unable to sleep. Unlike Queenie, who lay next to her sleeping peacefully, her chest rising and falling steadily. Tina wished she could sleep like that, but her thoughts kept her awake.
She already missed Newt terribly, even though it was only this morning they had said goodbye. She couldn't help but wonder when she would see him again, when she could hold his hand and just be with him. But she knew deep down in herself that it would be a while, since they both were horribly busy with separate lives in separate countries far away from each other. It was like she felt homesick, she felt an emptiness in her heart that couldn't be filled until she could see Newt again. She hated herself for missing him so much, but she had to admit that she was human too, she did feel those things even if she didn't want to, no matter how much they hurt her.
Tina sighed, forcing herself to close her eyes to go to sleep. After adjusting herself a couple of times, she finally found a position comfortable enough to fall asleep in. Only a few months... she thought as she slowly slipped into a restless slumber.
