The Singing

(They r animals and Gumball is 12, Darwin 10)

It was 12:08 AM in Elmore. Everyone is asleep and ready for tomorrow. But not everyone is asleep. Gumball. Gumball is awake but couldn't sleep cause of thoughts so he would normally sit on the roof where. the window is.

"Why these thoughts keep rolling in my head like stress and anxiety!?" Gumball shout-whispered to the outside world.

He felt like singing. But not yet cause he didn't want to wake up his siblings. So he felt like watching the sky. Gumball kept on talking to himself about why does life have to be hard and why it has to be cruel.

He still loved Penny as a girlfriend and Darwin as a brother. But he always seemed they didn't love him back like they used to, but in reality they did love him like they care for him.

Gumball wasn't in the mood to keep talking to himself so he felt like singing right now, but he made sure that he didn't wake Darwin and Anais. So the first song that came up was the one the he sang.

No one really heard him sang before, but some people force him too, but he walked away to avoid it. So this will probably be the first time he gonna sing at night.

Gumball tap his foot to the beat of the beginning of the song.

Darwin woke up to the sound of singing so we blink a few to clear his vision and realized it was...Gumball! He never heard Gumball sang so amazing in his life! So he got out of his fishbowl quietly so Gumball couldn't hear and stop singing. And then he walked to the roof Gumball was sitting at in front of his window

Darwin was listening to him, but couldn't help but to start singing with him and sit next to him. Gumball was scared and surprised, but just continue singing along with him. Gumball was actually feeling a lot better with his brother just singing with him.

Darwin fell asleep on Gumball's shoulder and Gumball picked him up and hugged him then said "Thank you for singing with me and making me feel better." Then walked over to his fishbowl and put him in and kissed the fishbowl.

Gumball was feeling good about himself showing his voice to his brother and seeing how they enjoyed singing. Together. He might do it again someday but with Anais. But as if now Gumball is better and he drifted off to sleep.
