Physical Description:  Jessica is pretty in an unconventional way, with large, deep blue eyes  that unsettle some and entice others. She accentuates this with thick  mascara and eye shadow, and also usually applies liberal amounts of  gloss to her plump lips. Her face is very angular. Stature-wise, Jessica  is about 170cm tall, and relatively thin, with reasonable but fairly  average curves. Her brown hair is usually kept in a pixie cut. She has a  tattoo of the words "so it goes" wrapped around her wrist.

Personality:  Jessica is fairly unique, not liking to conform with popular culture.  As such, she is slightly quirky, and equally snotty about things that  she considers to "mainstream". She is a clever girl, highly interested  in gadgetry, and always tinkering with machines and electronics. This  slightly odd aura which she exudes draws many people in, believing her  to be an interesting enigma of sorts, but also alienates some in its  aloofness.

Background:  Jessica comes from a reasonably well-to-do family in District Three,  her mother a housewife and her father an engineer at a factory that  makes various types of circuit boards. She has two sisters and a  brother.

Weaknesses: Physically quite weak, not the most skilled at fighting.

Weapon: While she would like to stick to traps and gadgets, when forced to engage in close combat Jessica favours a sword.
