ninth punishment

Chanhee groaned upon feeling the chilly air coming in through the slightly opened window.

He felt his body growing colder and colder and as much as he didn't want to disturb his lover's slumber,he had to.

Scooting closer,he snuggled against Rowoon's warm back and wrapped both his arms and legs around the tall male,already feeling much warmer and content.

His lips stretched into a faint smile,loving the feeling of cuddling an oversized baby bear.

Rowoon turned around and completely engulfed the boy's small frame with his larger one by pulling him to his chest.His long arms wrapped around Chanhee as he kissed his forehead.

"Better?.." he asked,voice rough from sleep.

Chanhee shut his eyes,nuzzling his head in Rowoon's chest, "Much better."

Rowoon then adjusted the blanket and gave one more peck to the boy's forehead before falling back asleep.

It was early in the afternoon by the time the couple left their dorm and went downstairs where all the members were doing their own thing.

Youngbin was watching over them,Inseong was playing a game with Jaeyoon,Dawon was pretty much fooling around by disturbing Juho's nap and lastly,Taeyang and Hwiyoung were eating some snacks while watching television.

Noticing the two,Youngbin smiled and motioned them to join him.

"Are you feeling better,Chanhee?"

Rowoon shot Chanhee a sideways glance,looking rather mischevious.Chanhee felt beyond flustered.Just imagining all the things he did due to his sudden mood swing made him internally slap himself.

He didn't regret making out with Rowoon in the back of the van though.

"Yeah,much better.Rowoon hyung took great care of me." he replied,stepping on Rowoon's foot in order to stop him from smirking.

Sadly,the older didn't even flinch.

"I'm glad.We were all very worried about you." Youngbin smiled.

Soon after that,everyone was having small talk about the performances Rowoon and Chanhee missed that night.

"And then Dawon randomly shouted in the middle of the song.It was pretty scary." Hwiyoung sighed as Dawon puffed out his chest in a proud manner.

They all laughed at his never ending silliness.

"Any plans for today? We have a day off,after all." Inseong asked after the laughter died out,looking at the members.

Each one of them had a plan of their own except Chanhee.He looked at Rowoon to ask him what he was going to do for the rest of the day.

"What are you doing today?"

Rowoon grinned, "It's a secret."

Chanhee raised his eyebrows,scooting a bit closer.

"Since when do you keep secrets from me,sir?"

"Get ready,come with me and promise me that you won't refuse anything." Rowoon's eyes sparkled.

Curiosity washed over Chanhee.

"Wait what?"

"It's your punishment,Chani.Promise me you won't refuse anything today."

Chanhee nodded,allowing Rowoon to plant a kiss on his lips.

"Go and get ready.I will wait you here." the older urged in a sweet tone,catching Juho's attention.

"Are you going somewhere,lovebirds?" the deep voiced male asked,his eyes glistening with amusement.

Rowoon simply grinned, "Yeah.I'm taking Chanhee somewhere."

"You sly bastard.Take care of the little guy,got it?" Juho smirked,adjusting his position into a more comfortable one.

"As long as he's by my side nothing wrong can happen so don't worry." Rowoon flexed his muscles,earning a few chuckles from the older members.

Soon after,Chanhee came back downstairs dressed warmly since it was rather cold outside.Seeing him,Rowoon ruffled his hair and pulled him to his side,interlocking their hands and stuffing them into his large pocket.

Chanhee smiled,touched by the fact that Rowoon immediately rushed to warm him up.

"We'll go now." Rowoon stated,taking the car keys from the table.

Youngbin and Inseong simultaneously turned to look at them.

"Take care and have fun." they spoke in unison causing everyone to stiffle a laugh.

They nodded and rushed to the car.

Chanhee was beyond curious about Rowoon's plans but he knew he won't get anywhere if he kept asking,so he just dropped the subject,hoping to find out soon.

Their hands were still interlocked,action which caused Chanhee to grin.He felt happier than ever just by holding his lover's hand.

Gently placing his head on Rowoon's shoulder,Chanhee smiled and squeezed his hand as a response to Rowoon's affectionate glance.

The car came to halt at an observatory.The massive place made Chanhee gasp.He always wished to see the stars up close with someone special.

He turned to look at Rowoon with a bright expression which turned into a shocked one at the sight of the taller male pulling a small box out of his pocket.

"What is that..?" his voice came out in a shaky whisper.

Rowoon got closer and revealed a simple yet beautiful bracelet.Chanhee's eyes widened as he watched Rowoon put it around his wrist with a small smile gracing his lips.

He felt his hands shaking and his heart beating loudly in his chest.

"Woon..I can't- Why did you-"

Rowoon shushed him by placing his finger against his lips,his eyes glistening with affection as he stared at the younger boy.

"Remember your punishment?" Rowoon grinned.

Overwhelmed by his emotions,he could express his gratitude and love by capturing Rowoon's lips with his own,kissing him softly and carefully.

They felt lightheaded the more they held the kiss.Their feelings for each other were undeniably strong and sealed with identic bracelets,marking the special day.

Slowly pulling away,Chanhee caressed Rowoon's cheek as he lovingly gazed into his eyes.

"I can't believe you surprised me like this.."

Rowoon smiled,pulling the boy into a hug as they looked up at the dark sky filled with thousands of shining stars.Their heartbeat morphed into one and their love only deepened.

Chanhee felt overly happy as he tightened the hug.

After a long yet relaxing moment of silence,Rowoon cupped Chanhee's face and murmured softly as he got closer,making the younger's heart skip a few beats.

"If I did anything right in my life,it was when I gave my heart to you."
