Xeinoh P. Ezalb. Red, flame coloured hair, in a messy style, amber soft eyes. A casual, popular style of dressing, a quiet, calm personality. He enjoyed the peacefulness of it all, no people who would bother him, no teachers hassling him about his "pet". Just him and Sparrow.
In his world, people had spirit animals, guardians, whatever you wanted to call them.
They gave you one wish in your lifetime. It was only as strong as their guardians form though. A mouse would not be able to wish for the world to end. Only legendary animals or creatures would be.
And thats why Xein kept his wish hidden. This is his life
Xien P.O.V.
The little guy was a fire-like colour, and looked exactly like a sparrow, hence the name. If he didn't set alight randomly, I would actually forget he was a phoneix.
"Be calm, Sparrow, come hang out with me, I'll make my wish when the time comes." I sighed and flew onto my head, making me chuckle.
We stayed like that, quite happily, until I heard the bell. I stood, holding the small guy gentlely, placing him in the little pouch he liked in my bag. As I got up, cracking my bones and heading into the gym, the lockers, I heard someone talking about a new student.
"Ah, hey Xien. What's on the timetable today?" Someone asked, probably my friend Harry, the moment I walked in.
"Just 50 metres and hurdles." I called back, my back to them as I opened my locker, pulling off my shirt, poking Sparrow and telling him softly I was going to leave the locker open incase he wanted out.
"Hahaha, so you're going to beat us all again?" Another person, my older friend Riley, joked, and we all laughed.
"Nah, you guys have been at it way longer than me, plus I haven't been jumping recently." I smiled, walking out with them.
Just as we stepped out, something shot by, a blur that made wind slap me in the face.
"Wh-Whoa! Look at that guy go!" The boy to my left exclaimed, his body excited and pumped. I was watching the form as he easily overtook the rest of the competitors, jumping then landing then jumping that instant his foot touched the ground.
"Who is that?"
"The new transfer student?"
"No frikkin' way!"
I took a look at him, trying to focus on his face, then I saw him come around the track at an angle where I could see him.
"TIBBAR?!" I roared, making him slip slightly and barely jump the hurdle.
"Wha- Xien?!" He yelled back, both of us looking ecstatic, him actually speeding up.
I ran over to the finish line and stood with my arms open, grinning. I got tackled to the floor by my old friend, who was yelling incolerantly, laughing at the mess of the long limbs.
He had half-cast skin, and was quite known to be called a athlete in the making, not by his parents though; they'd call him other words as they who had a bit of trouble catching their son when he was little.
His hair was long, down to his hips, in a very long braid and it was a pure night black. His eyes were black, not really, they were just a really dark brown that gave the illusion of being black. He had an egyptian sort of complexion, and I'd be damned if he hadn't once invaded my personal dreams.
It wasn't that much of a secret I was bisexual, but it wasn't something I had to tell everyone, because if straight people don't have to tell anyone, then why should any other sexuality. Well, that was my reasoning anyhow.
"What the hell are you doing here?! I didn't know you moved!" I yelled, grinning from ear to ear.
"Nor I, so, jesus, this brings back memories, Ma' made us move here, said she upset someone and wanted to make it upto her... Actually, I think that it was your Ma'. Anyhow, you in BTEC group?" Tibbar asked, picking me up with ease.
"Yep! You too?" I asked, smiling. I had always enjoyed this guys company, he was quite fun when he was drunk, and sober too, just he took his clothes off more when he was drunk.
"Uh-huh. Let's go. Oh. Wait. Hey, guys, meet Tibbar, one of my childhood quartet!" I introduced to Riley, Harry and Finn.
Riley had long blond hair and a wide grin on his face, his aquamarine eyes glistening in excitement. He wore a white t-shirt and black shorts, the school ordered that and black trainers for the uniform, although they said ties were optional.
Harry was a plump guy, but he was flawless in personality, he was an amazingly funny guy, and he was well brought up. He had short, blond-white hair that barely make it to his chin, and his eyes were a unique sleepy blue, like a navy colour.
Finn was a tall guy, 6ft, and he was a silent person, mainly. But he had his days where he'd just talk normally, scaring the shit out of anyone who didn't know he even could talk. He had shaved black hair, in a lined look, and the giant was black. He had two silver ring earrings when it wasn't PE.
He usually just followed me, a lot, everyone said it was quite scary but I was a big guy, 5ft 5, no one would bother me!
He gave Tibs a nod, but he seemed more aggressive, for some reason.
"Hello! Xien told us all 'bout you!" Harry grinned, making Tibbar grin, still not having put me down.
"Oh yeah, everyone else is moving down here too!"
"What?!" I nearly leapt onto him.
"Didn't you get the message? We all decided to move here to try and reconnect, but we couldn't call you! What happened to your phone?" I froze for a minute before Finn stood in.
"Accidently stood on." He gruffly stated, blushing.
Everyone burst out laughing at the giant and I patted his head (it took me two jumps to reach his head, screw my height).
