I have even thought about doing a minor in philosophy, and I will probably consider it when I'll be at university. There is this quote by Henry Ford that I really like and would mostly describe perfectly how I see teamwork and how I work in team. "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success." I really like this quote, because it is mostly the process of a good teamwork and how teamwork can be hard. People have different personalities and different points of view that can be the main sources of problem in teamwork. Myself, I've experienced that in my costume committee. We had like two leaders, two sensitives who mostly would cry or get angry easily when there were arguments, and two who want to resolve the problems, don't want to get to much involve, because they don't like drama (I was one of those two). It was hard at the beginning of the creation process, because people in our group tended to work alone and didn't give a damn shit about others opinion and no one were respectful. So that moment was the beginning of the quote "coming together is a beginning". Despite the many fights, we were able to continue the work and listen a bit more to each other, we talked a lot to have a better communication and work atmosphere and it kind of worked at some point, we had no more fights. That was the middle of the quote "staying together is progress". At the end, we succeeded to deal with all the costumes, we finished them, and we had a great result that everybody was happy with. No matter who are your teammates, I think there is always a way to make it work and to have a great time even though they are not necessarily your friend in life. As a person who don't like drama, I like to communicate and make it work no matter what is the problem or the type of person with who I work.
