First Sight

My name is Janae Smith people call me nae for short tho. I'm 5'2 very chill but when you cross me shit happens.I'ma thick lil brown skin baddie. I don't mean to sound conceited but I can get any nigga I want if I if I want him. I'm 17 years young, I'm single for now. I just moved to Atlanta from Miami. My family is rich, I have a younger Sister named Layla she is 16. I also have a older brother named Dontae he is 18.

Janae's POV

So today's my first day at a new school & I'm anxious about it. I got up to pick my clothes and went to go do my hygiene. After I got out the shower I put my clothes on which is a shirt that's dark blue at the top then fades into light blue with some white pants, blue stud earrings & my blue & white Jordan's. I put some eyeliner on & sat on my bed checking my phone right before my mom called me from downstairs.

"Breakfast is ready Janae come eat". She said semi yelling.

As I went to make my plate my annoying big brother bumped into me & got in my way

"Move out the way Dontae". I yelled and flicked him in the ear.

After we finished eating I got in my brothers car cus I didn't feel like driving mine.

"Layla come on bruh we gone be late". Dontae yelled. "Ight nigga I'm coming". She said sounding annoyed.

When we walked in the school all eyes were on us. "Damn who is that she bad as fuck". As I turned around to see who said that this fine tall, lightskinned guy flashed me his beautiful smile.

"Hey, I'm August Alsina & your beautiful". He said as he shoke my hand.

"Janae Smith, & thanks your not to bad yourself ". I said shooting him a smile back.

"That's a really nice name ma".

I chuckled as I said, "I bet you say that to every pretty girl you meet".

"Oh you got jokes huh haha but no I don't nun of these girls are on your level". He said which made me blush.

"Well I gotta get to class nice meeting you August".

"Let me walk you to class then beautiful". He said as he held my books for me.

"Thanks for walking me to class Auggie".

"Auggie really? that's so corny". He said as he laughed. Yea I like it it's cute on you lol. I smiled at him to get his approval of the name.

"OK fine but only you can call me that Nae". I smirked as I can him a hug.

"Bye Auggie I'll see you lata". As I walked into the class.

August POV

"I'm so glad I met Nae I've never felt this way about any other girl she's perfect, her beautiful smile, her long hair that flows wonderfully, her amazing body. I think she could be the one I'm going to ask for her number after school". I said to my Bestfriend kirko.

Kirk's been my nigga since 1st grade we used to smooth talk all the girls outta their cookies & juice boxes.

When we turnt 14 we started trappin to get everything that our mama's couldn't afford.

My brother Melvin always told me He wanted me off the streets & become a singer.

I know what your thinking nigga you can sing yea I can but I don't think I can make it in the music industry. When Mel got killed I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt like I lost my heart.

"Aug bruh you whipped already you ain't even hit it yet". Kirk joked around with me.

"Man I want to make her mine I don't wanna hit it & quit it. I want her to be my girl kirk. I gotta make her mine & I gotta do it fast". At lunch I saw Nae & Layla with this girl Tarjah

Me, Kirk, & Dontae walk over to them, wssup nae what chu doin ma.

I say while giving her a hug. "Hey Auggie Nun chillen with my sis & friend. What about you".

"Shit, chillen with my niggas Kirk & Dontae ".

"Ewww ", Dontae said while muggin Nae & Lay.

"You know them ", I asked confused. "Hell yea that's my annoyin ass lil sister's ", He said as he laughed.

"Fuck you asshole we ain't annoyin ", They said in unison. "Lay can I talk to you for a min ", Kirk said pulling her to the side. "Wssup Kirk what chu wanna talk about ", She asked making a confused face.

"Well I now we just met but can I get your number so we can hang out sometime outta school & get to know eachother ". I was nervous waiting for her reply.

"Sure I'd love too ", she said putting her number into kirks phone while smiling.

Nae POV

"I think I really like Auggie everytime I'm with him I can't help but smile ", I said to lay & jah.

"We should invite everyone to our house after school ", Lay suggested while smiling.

"You just wanna see Kirk ", Jah said teasing Lay.

"So what if I do ", Lay shrugged.

After school everyone came to my house to chill.

Dontae POV

I can't believe Jah is coming to my house I can't wait to get to know her & make her mine.
