Monday came just like I'd blinked my eyes. I was still scared by that note. I know if I don't go my whole effort would mean 2 years ruined. I knew that this meeting would make no difference. I started wearing my makeup so that no one could recognise me and tears were falling down my pale cheeks. I left for Clover Street and I saw Liam. My heart started pounding so fast that I couldn't even control my tears. I quickly wiped my tears and went to him.

"Long time, Skylar! The more you escape me, the more I rage my fury to find you. Isn't it funny that you lost your friends and loneliness became your friend?" whispered Liam to me with a daemon smile.

I followed him thinking that I must be brave and have control over myself. We arrived at a sort of field behind some restaurant bins. There were more of Liam's gang. Faces started circling in my mind until I said "Calm down."

Everyone was the same. After two years, I can still see my friends innocent faces and the last kiss I gave them on their foreheads.

"Welcome back, Skylar. Don't worry now, we've got your back for the next mission." said Kyle, Liam's partner. I was shocked. Next mission? I didn't want to go through the same pain again.
"Our next mission will be at a surprise location, Skylar. Your old town, Nightingale." said Liam. My stomach was tying itself into knots. This can't be true. I came from London.

I filled up with some courage and went to Liam, where he was talking with Kyle.

"Well, well, well. Isn't this funny? Your old town, Skylar, the covergirl. What did you think? That I would not have found you? But as you know, I will always find you. Even in despair." said Liam, while Kyle was laughing.

"I, I came from London. What are you talking about?" I said.

"Skylar, the mirror doesn't always tell you the truth, but it's got a deep meaning behind it." said Kyle. "You have a very interesting past - your family, home and you. So help us in this mission, we'll tell you about your past and parents." said Liam. I was shocked I definitely thought that my parents died years ago, but what if my parents were alive or there were any siblings of mine?
