"Brrr" the bell went off signifying the end of the day at Boston High. Students poured out of the classrooms into the hall. The once quiet hall was filled with chattering of the students and noise from the opening and shutting of the lockers. It was Friday so the students were preparing for the weekend.
Emma walked to her locker alongside Jasmine her best friend and girlfriend. Emma opens her locker and dumps her books inside.
"Finally" she yelped in joy. " The day is over. I am so fucking tired"
Jasmine opens her locker which is beside Emma's.
" So am I. What are doing over the weekend. Do you wanna have a movie's night at my place?"
Emma stopped for her while like she was thinking. " I don't have any plan so I will take that. At 8"
Brad walked over to the girls adjusting his back pack which was slung over his left shoulder
"Ladies," he turned to Emma. " So what is our queen bae doing tonight. I mean it's Friday night, do you mind partying at my place?"
Emma stared at him in disbelief and glanced at Jasmine.
"Ohhhh, it's not what you think though. I know you don't do guys but I can still be a friend right? Since I can't be a lover. Am interested in you, moreover you can bring your girlfriend along.'
"Actually" she caught a glimpse of Edward staring at her. She swallowed hard. She turned to Brad with a small smile, " l am sorry, but Jasmine and I already got plans"
" Come on, just tonight. It will be fun. One night won't kill right you will be with Jasmine and you don't have to worry about the guys. I will keep them under control"
The conversation was interrupted by someone clearing his throat, all attention turned to him.
" I guess she said no to the offer," he turned to Brad " so I guess this conversation you a over, right?"
Brad looked at Edward for a while
" Psst...what got your pants in a twist. Can't I have a friendly conversation with her anymore cos she is your twin" Brad countered with sarcasm.
Edward tightened his hand into a first which made Emily shudder. She needed to stop this right now before it gets out of hand.
" Hmmmm, Brad, I guess we can continue this conversation later" she said with clenched teeth.
Edward gave her a meaningful glance. She turned from Edward to Brad and gave him a big smile.
Brad returned her smile, " anything for you love, you should smile often." He gave Emma a kiss on her right cheek which made Emma stop and made Edward clenched his hand harder. Brad withdrew and smiled at her.
"You even smell like heaven. See you later." Brad winked at her before turning to go.
Emma turned slowly, her cheeks already beet red.
"Why the heck was that about?" Edward roared.

"Your brother is a case" Jasmine said as she sat beside Emma handing her a bag of chips. " Are you sure you can handle him or we should get an extra hand"
" I told you I can handle him, you don't have to worry" Emma assured as she shrugged.
" I have to, you are my best friend and I can't allow that psycho brother of yours bother you so much" Jasmine complained.
" Awwnnnn, you are such a darling, but don't worry I will be fine"
"You better be, or else I will make sure you are myself and you know what that means" Jasmine challenged.
" I will be fine, so what movie are we gonna watch" Emma asked as she scrolled through the movie list.
" I guess we are stuck with ' to all the boys I've loved.'" Jasmine said.
" I guess not, what about this ' Nappily ever after,' I have heard of it once. Let's try it"
" Ok then'.

Am sorry for not making a proper introduction at the beginning of the story. This is actually my first book and I really don't know about this author's note stuffs but I will try.
