The Gods

Prologue

Thunder struck across the waste lands, the stormy clouds blocked the moon, the roars of the tiger beast echoed across the landscape, the rain began, getting heavier, and heavier by the second.

The young female wasn’t gonna give up her fight, at least not tonight. The tiger like beast had scratched her up enough! But she wasn’t gonna be beaten by a big cat. She wasn’t gonna be seen as weak, she would bring pride to SoulClan and win against the big beast.

With her helmet over her face, her spear clenched tightly, and her shield slipped on her arm, she ran up to the beast with a battle cry and slashed the beasts head. The tiger growled as 7 chopped one of its legs off. The tiger roared and fell to the floor.

“Had enough yet?” The warrior smirked as she got ready to strike again. The tiger got back up and roared. “I guess not!” 7 ran back to it and jumped up to it but it hit her away as soon as she did. The tiger jumped to her, and slashed her leg. 7 screamed in pain as the tiger beast picked her back up and threw her again.

7 tried to attack it but it was to strong, she couldn’t stop it now. The beast drove one of its talons through her right leg as she tried reaching for her spear.

The beast threw her around and kept biting and scratching. 7 was really weak and in pain now as she was thrown into barb wire, getting tangled and cut by it.

The tiger took another look at her then ran up to her and sliced its claws right through her chest. 7’s eyes went small as the beast ripped them out violently and ran off as 7 died... cold, alone and in pain.

The rain went away an hour later, and the moon was now bright and shining done on the warriors body. The warriors soul left her body. She just stood there, looking at her body. ‘How could I let this happen?’ She trembled.

”hello brave warrior!” A female voice echoed. 7 looked up at the moon in surprise. “You’re time has finally come I see! Let me introduce myself... I am the moon. Queen of the night! But I’ve seen you fight for your life so hard, ever since I laid eyes on you!” The Moon said to 7. “Your a moon, you don’t have eyes!” 7 argued. “Yes I do! My eyes are the night creatures and more!... if you accept going to the world between where you’ll be trapped, well that’s fine but... if you wish to take my place as a Moon Goddess, it would be so awesome” The Moon said. 7 looked up at the sky then at her body. “I guess it would be kinda cool!” 7 looked back at the moon. “Very well my child!”

Before 7 blinked, she was in the sky with the stars but no moon. She looked at her hand only to see her spear but at the blade bit, it glowed brightly. 7 got the idea and put her spear up as there now was a moon. “Okay..this is pretty amazing” 7 smiled in amazement.
