Maybe You're In Love?

Ella's First Day

It was September third, it was Ella's first day at Bayside. It was sweltering hot as usual in Florida which was her new home, and she was sweating badly meanwhile everyone looked at her as if she was something revolting or just nauseating and that made her cheeks go wildly red and look down with embarrassment. It made her look stupid wearing a long dress with long sleeves, and socks with her worn out pair of converse but that was all she had and she'd been saving up for her new school outfit since four weeks ago and she was delighted with her new dress. When they entered Bayside it was overcrowded with teachers carrying tons of books to their classrooms, other teachers arguing over schedules, students talking, screaming, taking pictures with friends and couples kissing, others hugging while she passed along them alone with her head downward wishing she was as "cool" as them.  She kept going around in circles through the whole school in search of her locker while wishing she could just magically disappear from that place and asking other students "um excuse me, do you know where locker 234 is?" and they just looked at her with no answer she thought these people don't have manners. After asking half Bayside where locker 234 was she had finally found it. Locker 234  was by the gym which was the biggest gym she had seen because all the other schools she'd been in were small and the gyms were compacted. She opened her locker and it was filthy with old stickers and left over rotten food such as candy, gum etc. And also little spiders which in her mind she thought that was the most sickening thing she'd ever perceived in her life. She proceeded to the other side of the hall to find paper towels. Afterward while she turned around to see her locker she saw a tall guy, with dirty blond hair, she could see his arm muscles from his Navy T-shirt and when he turned around she saw his whole appearance just the gleam in his blue eyes made her melt like hot lava,  and his lips were pinkish and his smile just made her almost die. She walked like if nothing had happened and she had realized his locker was right next to hers and that made her die in the inside. She took a glance at him while opening her locker and it bothered her that he didn't even say hi or welcome or just look at her.
