"You coward fucking monster" the guard says as he kicks me in my side. I don't budge at this point he should stop before he breaks his foot.
A dark bruise forms on my left side and he keeps targeting it. I laugh and pull on my chains so I can stand up, I look him dead in his eyes and growl loud the guards trips on his feet and scoots back close to the door. The other prisoners hear me and start howling and rattling there cells.
Looking down at the terrified male I snarl and say I will not rape that female or any female. Growling so he can get the point the human male looks into my eye scared to shit and that's when I can smell he soiled himself. The human crawls out of the cage and slams it shut. He then spits at me and misses. breaking one of my chains I swing it at the guard it hits his arm and he screams and falls to the ground and starts weeping.
Six human males rushed in hearing the the others prisoners. Reeling back I throw the chain again it catch's on the bars. I snarl load looking at the males. One of the human males comes closer to the cage. Please do not hurt us we are here to free you!
Waking up from a dream. I sit up in the chair. Looking over to Bare and then to the monitor she is hooked on. Beep Beep, I wonder if this computer is accurate. Leaning down I place my ear close to her heart the warmth of her satisfies me all of a sudden I feel small hands caress my head, I freeze.
Is everything thing okay, Bare asks in a soft tone. Moving away from her I crouch down to look her eye to eye.
No .. you got hurt so I took you to medical. She sits up with a blank expression on her face. Taking the pillow I place it behind her so she could have comfort.
What happened she asks!
We were in the forest, waiting for you and your kind. You appeared out of nowhere you were just bloody. I picked you up and ran to medical as fast as I could. When we got here they put you on a table and strolled you into a room. I don't know what happen after that.
" Midnight"one of the female species told me that you were done and out of surgery so she took me in here and I have been sleeping in that chair waiting for you to wake up ever since.

She glances at me with tears in her eyes.
I wipe them away with the pads of my thumbs. Whatever it is bare you are going to be okay I say with a raspy tone.
The veil I can't go back threw it. At least not until there is a blood moon.
My powers are different from the others I can't open portals without using lunar magic. She sighs and puts her head in her hands.Jericho is the stone cracked? She asks.

Pulling on the covers she tears them off looking down she goes to take off the bandage. I rush to stop her but she pushes my hand away.
Taking the bandage off she Wences. Looking at me she asks, Can you help heal me magically she asked?

Do you have my bag? She ask. I stand and reach for the back she carried with her. Bring it to the bed I placed it on the opposite side of her legs. She reaches for the bag and places in her lap digging through it. What are you getting? my dagger she replies.
Pulling it out she cuts her palm then goes to grab my hand I pull hers grabbing the sheet to cover her wound she made. She shakes her head no... don't she says. Looking at her I say what are you doing? She grabs my hand,kisses my palm then cuts it. Hissing, Bare what the ... then she grasps my cut hand with hers and pulls it over to her leg. She whispers incantation and squeezes her palms blood pours over her leg. I am shocked when I see the wound stitched up, it start to disappear as almost as if it was never there. I large bruise appears as she pulls away. Glancing back at her she pulls her hand from mine and stands up.
She walks to the bathroom and washes her hands. I go to follow her. And I am hit by a wave of desire. Mine I think!!!

I walk up behind her and see her looking at her hand and she frozen.

I say nothing I just stare at the back of her head. She turns and pushes me against the wall. She slaps me and I growl I want her I think. I go to touch her and slaps my hand away. No we can not Jericho. I am forbidden to be with anyone. So no! I can't be yours.
She goes to walk away when I grab her and lift her over my shoulder. I go to grab her bag. Walking out of the room she scream put me down beating on the back of my back. Laughing I walk past my good friend Snow and Flame as they look puzzled at what I am doing with this patient at medical. Walking up to them they stare at the screaming girl. Where is Brass and Justice?
They are in office. Bring them to my house in three hours.

Why are you taking her out of medical? She isn't healed yet. Laughing at the girl stuggling in my arms I tell snow she is healed and I am taking her were she can rest. Walking out of medical I feel nails scratch my back and then yell Damnt Jericho put me down!!!
I rest my hand on her ass and then growl. She shuts up immediately and goes limp taking my hand down I walk her to my house where I can keep her safe.
