****= the other persons name, I don't want to spoil too much, please enjoy ;)
"I love you." The words barely escaped his lips in a quiet murmur. As his hands gently held my face i leaned in closer until our foreheads were touching and our eyes were looking back at one another. His pair of brown pearls gazed hoplessly back at my emerald ones. As we held eachother dearly in this moment of embrace, my heart ached at the thought of never seeing him again. Please god, let him stay with me.
I'd never loved anyone as wholeheartedly as i'd loved ****, this bundle of joy held his hand out to me in the darkness and i desperately grabbed it, never wanting to let go; now it seems that he's releasing the tight restrain of my hand and leaving. Drifting off to another world of adventure and pure bliss. "****..."
Coldness overwhelmed the warmth of his skin and I felt his body relax.
"Heh..Don't make that face, you look silly" The goofy smile of his sprung across his face one last time before that wretched long beep echoed through the silence of the glum hospital room. "****? No, please..****" I tapped on his arm lightly, then aggressively when he didn't respond. A sudden relapse of the memories we'd shared together took over my mind, which forced me into surrendering to the tears. They swelled in my eyes, trickling down my pale cheeks, every droplet of pain burning my skin. I clasped onto ****'s lifeless corpse, the pearls of water dripping onto the hand that held him. At first, the sobs were muffled by my quavering lips which were attempting to conceal my grief. Then, my facade of strength crumbled down, revealing a vulnerable little boy imploring for another second with the love of his life.
"You didn't even let me say goodbye"
